    @Bell_Support I’ve already ordered an upgrade to Fibe50 but finding out when the installer is over that I need a 2nd working Bell Line, and that the one that I’m currently hooked up to is crap and the technician is surprised my TV and internet works, is not how I expected this install to go

    Here's the form response I get everytime... My connection always seems to be fine when I test it... But never seems to stream football properly... Weird.. No more games... @Bell get FIBE to my house and you have a customer... Many more I guarantee

    @Bell_Support how good is fibre to the node as I don’t have fibre to the house. I’m about to give up on @RogersHelps ... had 1 tech come in and told me everything was okay, a few live agents another tech told me it was a outside issue waited 48hrs to be fixed yet not fixed.

    Not impressed at all and have been plagued with issues by @Bell’s Smart Home Security System. Still awaiting a phone call from December 19th for ongoing issue. It is being treated with the seriousness of an internet or mobile phone account.
