@Bell I'm having the worst #CustomerService right now chatting with a Bell rep on the Bell website. He was desperate to call me to discuss "the best deal" and when I said I don't want to have a phone call, he's making me wait while he finds the deal. Pathetic service.

@NoseworthyV @Bell Ridiculous. As a telco there’s absolutely NO excuse for not being able to send that warning text message. I was so frustrated I cancelled my service with them the same day & signed up with Freedom - so far so good, significantly cheaper and more than double the data

@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

@bell @Bell_Support even though the game is still on I can’t play from the guide. This is v disappointing and I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel all my Bell services. ALL OF THEM. I’ve had enough of your terrible support and garbage service.

@jellerton @Bell_Support It's infuriating, this upsets me beyond belief as a customer and is extremely concerning as a shareholder. It's not like #Game6 was a surprise, they had time to prepare...

You did it again, @Bell. Game 6, cut out in 4th quarter. $10 and a “hardware issue” explanation won’t cut it this time. This is pathetic.

@Bell I didn't subscribe to your service for me to miss the dying minutes of the #NBAfinals last night. I thought it was my connection at home but it was on your end. Horrible #CustomerExperience

What a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.

It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

@Bell_Support So I ordered my bell internet services on 2nd of June. I was given expected delivery date for self install package on 3rd of June 2022. So far no information or mail of that nature has come to me. And the live chat on the website never connected to am agent?

@Bell @Bell_Support 2/2 Her best friend phoned today to have the service changed over to his name and they refused to do so. This doesn’t sit well with me. Not only do we need to worry about 100 other things right now as well as the unforeseen costs of this situation.

@Bell_Support any particular reason why you’d string a cable up across my property for 7 months with zero plan to remove it? Is this how you service your customers? By running cables up over trees and walkways of their neighbours for months?
