OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support So my wifi at home is bell and today they sent 2 of their technicians around 1pm to come bury the wires underground as I moved to this house in the winter. After they left I noticed that the wifi shut off completely and I called them to resolve the issue.

I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโt a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโt Iโm going to downgrade back to one screen

The box isnโt working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I went and got the new modem and after connecting it, it still wasnโt working, so I called them again and we were on the phone for about an hour and still no solution and the agent was telling me that the new modem I went to get is faulty as well.

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!
