All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.
