All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

I work from home and because of the long time wait trying to retrieve my wifi I was told to log off work(so I donโt get paid).
