They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.

All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

When installed, the cable was bulging out, resulting in damage to the cover. The cover is loose, resulting in debris getting into it. Please have it fixed.
