They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 Fโing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I canโt use! Time to cancel!

A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
