    @Bell I'm having the worst #CustomerService right now chatting with a Bell rep on the Bell website. He was desperate to call me to discuss "the best deal" and when I said I don't want to have a phone call, he's making me wait while he finds the deal. Pathetic service.

    @Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

    @Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

    @bell @Bell_Support even though the game is still on I can’t play from the guide. This is v disappointing and I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel all my Bell services. ALL OF THEM. I’ve had enough of your terrible support and garbage service.

    This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

    @Bell Choppy internet service for over a year. Always got told there was nothing wrong with the internet or the connection everything was fine. Got told the only way to get the router switched out to see if that was the problem was with a higher priced package, and more trouble instead

I called head office and got it fixed because I had recorded the sales person swearing up and down there was no contract. If I hadn’t I would have been stuck for 2 years cause it’s their word against mine

    @Bell_Support This is the 2nd time this has happened, I'm not playing the back and forth game anymore.I can save 60$ by using other services and I don't even get good LTE connection in my location so "canadas most reliable network" doesn't apply to me nor justify paying more compared to others
