Peter Morin (@petermorin123) reported from Halifax, Nova Scotia@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

philippe gauthier (@gauthier1100) reported@ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it
-
David Cortesi (Toronto Wise Guy) (@YYZ_GY) reported@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?
-
mubashar.tariq (@MubasharBhambri) reported@Bell Why my internet is so slow while you are charging so much money for it each month.
-
Lucas Meireles (@1Lucasmeireles) reported@Bell closed an account with bell and have a refund bell won’t give my money back . No support . Will lose money but will go to small claims if have to!
-
Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻

BENDELLX (@BENDELLX1) reported@Bell_Support It was a scammer trying to scam my father to buy a cell phone. Good thing his internet from Bell is around 5mbps which you won't fix. That's why he won't get a cell phone from Bell
-
Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support Why are your online reps more interested in fighting to make their point than accept the multiple incident numbers I'm providing to them?
-
Cameron Smears (@camsmears) reported@Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?

Meidas rosie (@meidasrosie) reported@Bell left me stranded with no data even though I paid for travel plan. Didn't help me at all even though chatted on my trip 7 times Bell travel plan fail. And now they say they won't give me back my money. After 19 years @telus here I come!!!
