@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell No call to let us know someone was coming, 8 am a guy shows up, no call no text. For a COMMUNICATION COMPANY YOU ARE A **** SHOW.

  • MrsTankGirl Mrs.TankGirl (@MrsTankGirl) reported

@CRTCeng my internet drops, slows down insanely and is absolutely some of the most expensive in the world. Can you please explain to me why your business model is "protect @Rogers and @Bell from competition and force Canadians to settle for subpar services at high cost" ?

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support Before I go through all that, can you just not simply answer what the problem is? If not, I’ll have to call as I don’t send personal info on here.

  • MrsTankGirl Mrs.TankGirl (@MrsTankGirl) reported

@Bell_Support I don't use your **** company because you **** your customers and work very hard to give everyone the worst deals imaginable. However because the @CRTCeng is your ***** we as a nation are forced to use you and @rogers towers and connection, making us overpay for ****** service FU

  • CamDavidson14 Cam Davidson (@CamDavidson14) reported

@Bell And your service to customers is Pitiful and that’s being nice. Rogers is much better all round than Bell will ever be

  • KtotheLtotheG KtotheLtotheG (@KtotheLtotheG) reported

@Bell_Support Is Fibetv app down? Suddenly I have to sign in again...and it says doesn't recognize sign in info

  • psychofreilachs fashion conscious gargoyle (@psychofreilachs) reported

@Bell bell being predatory aside it's wild that gamer culture normalizes ads like this? like surely it's actually pathological and bad to get physically violent with the things that make you angry? controllers are also expensive but it'd still be weird to encourage if they weren't

  • ItsZurky Wiper (@ItsZurky) reported

Hey @Rogers, it in your training manual to just keep transferring customers while on the phone until they get so fed up they just hang up? Because if so, the last couple people I talked to should get a raise. I can't wait for @Bell Fibre to get installed in my neighborhood.

  • marymaggiebp Mary (@marymaggiebp) reported

@StugatzInOtown I tried to get @Bell_Support to give me some additional data at no charge, since we’re on day 5 of a power outage and have unlimited internet that we can’t use…and no dice. These companies are awful.

  • 79Merlot 79Merlot (@79Merlot) reported

In today’s episode of you’ve got to be f’ing kidding me. A 🧵 Due to the hurricane that ripped through Ottawa, I don’t have Internet (but I’ve got power, so I’m definitely better off than others) So I call @bell “customer service”
