@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Our service got disconnected for absolutely no reason, and our connection was "given away" to someone else per the technician. Not sure how this could ever happen as we were paying and upstanding customers with no disruption in billing or service. @Bell_Support

  • avasdad16 Jim Duffy (@avasdad16) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Forget Bell. Never ever ever ever gonna get another cent from me! Crooks.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Why do we need the crtc anyways. Let the free market help all customers get better protection and better rates.

  • ReasonRhymes ReasonRhymes ✝️🇨🇦🇺🇸🌎 (@ReasonRhymes) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell My daughter, a single mom of 4 without support has a bill of $300 She decided to cancel because she couldn’t afford it. Bell says she can only cancel if her bill was paid. Now another month gone, another $200+ added. We will have to help her out for this ridiculous hostage taking

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Didn’t Trudeau promise Canada lower rates? Another broken promise??

  • Dmelvin22 DRoc (@Dmelvin22) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell They don’t because there all in business together! Bell probably gave a bag of money to a person and it didn’t happen. And if you think **** like that don’t happen well that’s part of the problem too.

  • AhrunT Ahrun Thiyagarajah (@AhrunT) reported

@Bell_Support will now lose a day of vacation/pay because neither me nor my partner are able to work from home (or go anywhere else for that matter given lockdown). Incredibly frustrated that a customer-focused resolution has not been prioritized for such an issue, incredibly sad
