@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell We live in a small two story house, which has a footprint of 13.5' by 28'. The modem was put in the middle of the main floor by your tech. I still have connectivity issues sitting ~20' from the modem, and you want me to pay $10/mth for pods?

Thank you @bell for the 2 hours on the phone this AM with a fellow that helped to close our accounts (third time) at our previous location ... Hopefully it is all settled ... Why can you not have one account for all services by one customer? No need to answer ... No excuses ...

  • EuphoriaGus Gustave Moreau (@EuphoriaGus) reported

With @JustinTrudeau & his **** married partner @theJagmeetSingh stupid 2 cell team the economy is ******...I say @Bell should do like Volvo did with the seatbelts but with phones plans, give it away! It's a matter of safety.🙃

  • foxydee1 Danielle Marianchuk (@foxydee1) reported

@Bell your mobility customer service is garbage. They tell you one thing and then you find out on the day you call back that that was a lie! After being on the phone for over an hour and transferred to multiple departments!

  • AndreaRutty Andrea Rutty (@AndreaRutty) reported

@Bell_Support @bitterindigo I've been having the same thing - occurs when using webmail and on my iphone. Also says I have tried logging in too many times but I haven't even done that. This platform seems so unstable!!!!! I am in Toronto.

  • rmgwhatup Drew 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@rmgwhatup) reported

While home internet plans from @Bell start very low and at low amounts the price for what you you get is kinda bad, personally I don’t think anyone should have less than at the very least 150Mbps anyways (except the elderly or someone who doesn’t spend much time at home).

  • Laura07439017 Ninjawarrior (@Laura07439017) reported

@Bell_Support my cell phone service is down, any idea when it will be back up?

  • Mcneil702 LIQUORACCI (@Mcneil702) reported

@Bell I’m currently paying for your “bell fibre” on copper lines….. internet is ****… super laggy and yalls tech support said they cannot support our full download and upload as it’s not stable. Imagine that? Paying for fibre… and not actually getting fibre.
