    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell_Support Not picking up phones, I was on hold for 40 minutes before Bell told me to call back later. I expect my next bill to be $0 for the constant problems and terrible customer service.

    @Bell_Support No phone or live chat help. Give us a better idea of problems. Have rebooted several times and get blue screen Bell Fibe. Very poor service. Give us idea of geography and time frame. Put message on your answer service and MyBell.

    @Bell_Support I've been experiencing frequent digitizing for the past few weeks, whether watching recorded or live programming. I wonder if the digitizing was somehow connected to this "service interruption." #bellsucks

    @Bell_Support Bell will not let you join a phone queue and doesn’t have chat live agent available either. They don’t even have a recording advising there is a problem with service. Poor customer service.
