@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@danmcguirempls @Bell Anyhow, I do have hope because of her as I finally will have access to a care team today and Facebook Bell moderator also has a higher Tier support checking in on Monday. Finally but it took social media to escalate when it should not have to happen.

@Bell_Support im about to chuck everything. I just was told you have a 90 day warranty on modems and I have to go chase down a 3rd party battery for it? Your tech was here last night to fix it and said nothing and your website says they don’t require a warranty!

  • mamaBear426 mama bear (@mamaBear426) reported

@Laptitedanis @Bell We had a ton of issues when we moved. We were promised a deal for our new home (it was on our existing file). They said the offer was no longer available. A supervisor fixed it & even he was apologetic b/c he saw on my file it was prearranged. Horrible customer service!

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

@JonathanEdesign @Bell @JustinTrudeau And if Bell didn't **** taxpayers enough now Bell overturned the CRTC decision made in 2019 in Bells favor so Telecoms can overcharge us customers & rip us off some more #FireIanScott #CrtcScandal

  • softspoknman nene (@softspoknman) reported

@Bell worst service. Promotion ended so I reached customer dep. to hear new offer. The “best” offer they can do is ONLY $5 credit, asking me to pay $60/mo more than what I used to pay. leave from Bell. Bell is sweet at the beginning but worst after. $60/mo more, ridiculous

@Bell_Support Can you provide an option that allows customers to just cancel a service without being given a sales pitch? It’s not fair to your CS reps or customers.

  • Azeez87066383 Azeez (@Azeez87066383) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support very sad for such a big corporation they can't even give a new customer a proper customer service I'm very disappointed with bell.

  • _valeriei Dr. Valerie Irvine (she/her) (@_valeriei) reported

@danmcguirempls @Bell I meant three separate account numbers into one group account with main line and additional lines. They could not seem to figure it out as there were a mixture of corporate and consumer lines and their support could not seem to wrap their head around it. The two sides don’t talk

  • softspoknman nene (@softspoknman) reported

@Bell_Support @spindogg802 Their best offer that Bell did to me today was asking me to pay $60 more per month for same service. And they expect you to be loyal. Be careful
