@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support yeah i’ve rebooted it via the Hub and manually and it’s still having problems. i’m not the only one having this issue, a few people i know who are with you guys are having the same issue.. about to consider switching to Rogers again because you guys don’t seem to care at all.

aye @Bell_Support my router keeps disconnecting and rebooting every 30 minutes it seems like and it doesn’t wanna work for nearly an hour. I don’t know what’s going on with you guys but fix it, it’s so annoying.
