  @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  @AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

  @LizWhitmere @Bell_Support Just got a call from someone claiming to be from 'Executive Support' but I was having lunch. And the guy said he couldn't call back again without fixing an appointment. This is the height of #ridiculousness at @Bell.

  @Bell_Support - Hi folks, M4L3A2 zipcode has been without internet since 06-24-2022 with resolution estimated for 06-26-2022 at 5PM EST. 24 hours later, internet service still has not been restored. Tomorrow is day 5 of no internet. Is there a hard completion deadline set?
