    @Bell_Support @kristinreid33 Scarborough remains out of internet. And a tentative time being given as july 09 by 10pm- this is is almost 40 hours outage with no guarantee

Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    In March Canada locked down & I had internet problems. @Rogers replaced my rented modem twice. They instructed me to keep the old modems until locations reopen (still not open) & today I get charged for one of the modems! @Bell just installed Fiber on my street, should I switch?
