Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

DJP (@oldpappy59) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@AdamReid_ @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work for a woman who was in charge of their customer service many yrs ago. Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
