First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket canโt created because itโs a ongoing issue in brampton. I did a packet loss test and itโs not telling me much, or I donโt know how to read it. Itโs getting unbearable.

All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
