    I have to reboot my @Bell modem like once a week. @ConsumerSOS should investigate them for charging customers while failing to deliver a stable service.

    @Bell_Support bell Fibe your service is unbelievably terrible. You are charging $25 to watch Tenet and then throughout the entire movie service cuts out every five minutes. BRUTAL viewing experience 👎👎👎👎

    @Bell_Support don’t call a customer to offer them discounts to come back to you and then charge them full price when their bill comes after 4 phone calls. What a joke. Now I’be been on hold for like 20 minutes waiting to talk to customer service.

    Words cannot describe how awful big telecom is in Canada. We are all victims of a telecommunications cartel. The system here is broken. We need @starlink in Canada open to the masses ASAP. @rogers @bell have Canadians pinned down.

There is an outage affecting Virgin BSL in Ontario and Québec, it is a network issue so there is nothing else to do on our end (connection might be up and down, connected to the modem but no internet) Expected time for repair is 3pm
