Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Bell refuses to address what happens now. I filed a formal complaint on your site, but how long do I pay for services I can’t access? Can Bell ignore us 4 ever?

If your phone is VOIP, it needs DNS to connect to the phone network by establishing an IP session (roughly).
