I have switched back over to @Bell and haven’t been with them in over a decade. I hope to be able to contact you later soon so I can cancel and get a refund.

Fibe is the name for the service but it only works if your building is equipped with fiber. While Bell is terrible, the service and speed over fiber is unmatched.
