First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better @Bell_Support
