    @Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.

    @Bell is there service outages today? Weโ€™ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and Iโ€™ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech canโ€™t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isnโ€™t acceptable. We need help!

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA Yes I was damn near about to cancel my subscription. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโ€™t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโ€™t Iโ€™m going to downgrade back to one screen

    @Stephbujo @nath_beauregard @Bell Not just Bell, Telus is the same. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didnโ€™t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
