We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.

Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!
