We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโt send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!
