-
Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

ist🏌️⛳️🥃🍻🚴♂️ (@itoope) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support fibe tv still not working. Once again another update breaks everything.
-
𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reported from Markham, Ontario@Bell_Support I can’t access help without signing in, I don’t know my mothers’ info for the account
-
midtowngord (@midtowngord) reported from Toronto, OntarioWatching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working 🤞🤞🤞
-
James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, OntarioFun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)
-
John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.
-
Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
et (@etisme65) reported from Toronto, Ontario@marywells_xo @Bell_Support For everyone having issues, the Bell Fibe app is working so you can at least use that in the mean time.
-
sufferin (@DufferinRider) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support are there issues in Toronto? I can't get CBC news network. It's just a black screen.
-
AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
-
pickle (@tonkotsuchashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support network/system reset, but still my fibetv lags/buffers every few minutes. This is the new fastest service? Unbearable.
-
Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days
-
pcresswell.eth (@pcresswell) reported from The Beaches, OntarioTwo bored kids working the dead empty @Bell store on Queen explaining to me that returning my old modem is so easy that they simply CANT help me. It’s just that easy. Classic @Bell flexible service at work.
-
Collin Ng (@c_snapper) reported from Toronto, OntarioNever thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

Max Power - fake internet doctor again (@DJFuzzboy) reported from Toronto, Ontario@TorontoFC @Bell I really liked this. He seems like a person you could easily hang out with for a while.
-
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great
