    @JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโ€™t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

    Never thought Iโ€™d say this butโ€ฆ.I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

    @Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.

    I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldnโ€™t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think Iโ€™ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

    @Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days

    Nope. Tech didnโ€™t understand problem and he canโ€™t divert from his service ticket. Internet wonโ€™t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA Yes I was damn near about to cancel my subscription. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโ€™t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโ€™t Iโ€™m going to downgrade back to one screen

    @Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they canโ€™t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

    @Bell is there service outages today? Weโ€™ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and Iโ€™ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. Iโ€™m ok.

    @Bell Iโ€™m pretty sure you already know this is an issue - apparently itโ€™s a pretty big issue that doesnโ€™t seem to a sense of urgency attached to it. So make a couple inquiries into the damaged bell cable impacting home phone service in West Burlington/Aldershot - with Hamilton numbers

    @Bell closed an account with bell and have a refund bell wonโ€™t give my money back . No support . Will lose money but will go to small claims if have to!
