@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Absolute total BS. No way they should be getting a dime of support. This just shows what BS our government is doing. Just imagine how many other mega companies are gouging us on a daily basis and sucking on the **** of government at the same time.

@Bell_Support internet issues for 3 weeks, tech couldn’t come to my scheduled apt because none were available, and then you have the audacity to call me and offer an upgrade to my service while I sit here unable to use the internet I pay $100 a month for… calling Rogers k bye!!

@Bell just had my tenth modem swap over the last three years of being with @bell due to constant internet problems. This last one lasted about 1-1/2 hrs before quitting again. No bell tech has an answer. Going for #11 modem today. Wish me luck

@Bell_Support That’s the answer? Just keep resetting my modem until the service I pay a lot of money for is back up and running. Is there somewhere online that bell posts their outages, when they are expected to be operational again, and confirmation they are back up and running?

So got call from @bell want to know if I want bell wifi so I say blocked my number they asked for it so I give them it they say going blocked it for 3 years and 13 days I said 3 years for what they only blocked number for 3 years so I said **** off and **** you

11 months with no internet.. @Bell finally offers service .. cancels on day of install because they can’t provide it.. aaand another lockdown coming. Would love if my dishy order could ship soon! @elonmusk @SpaceX #askingforamiracle

When we called customer service they said that they would send out a technician tomorrow to fix the problem even though it was them who created the issue @Bell how does this make sense? Where's the customer service you rave about?

@bell Would you like to know why your local (to me) rep just lost a sale? Drives down my rural, half-km driveway, stops in front of my door. I step outside to see who it is. Sales rep, dropping a flyer for internet service. Deal actually sounded great, I asked about it...
