Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

Your Fibe TV system is very broken. Bell can't keep their main TV service working for more than a week at a time in the GTA.
