Nikki Henderson (@NikkiIntime) reported from Oshawa, Ontario@Bell_Support I’ve already initiated a complaint with a ticket number. Isn’t the first time. Your company obviously doesn’t care. Also sends subcontractors who can’t speak English in Ontario. Wonderful double standard. 👏🇨🇦👍

Nikki Henderson (@NikkiIntime) reported from Oshawa, Ontario@Bell while installing Bell5 have trespassed multiple times on my property and left damage. Been an ongoing problem for over a year. Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

Peter Turner (@PeterTu67128266) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Last time I converted to Rogers, a senior sales guy called and I told him that I wasn't doing this every 2 years. He called me a "loyal customer" and it would be locked in except for standard increase. Gone up about $20 in 7 years. And I don't have to " threaten' them anymore
-
Scott (@Slomicron) reported@CTVNews Oh FFS, come on CTV, tell the damn truth in your byline. They were Hezbollah, not journalists. The damn Canadian MSM has not been a reliable source for truth. @BellMediaPR @Bell makes one not want to deal with Bell as a company. Might be time to switch.
-
Richard Purdy (@RickPurdy1959) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I was with Rogers since back when they were ATT. Loyal for over 30 years. 3 cell phones on my plan. My bills were getting ridiculous. I asked them if I could get on the newcomer to Canada plan as it was considerably cheaper. ****** around for 3 days and in the end, I didnt qualify andthere was no way I was getting it. Called Telus, in 35 minutes I had a 2 year plan that was $128 cheaper per month so I went with them. Rogers called me for 4 days in a row, another department, customer retention, sales manager all wanting to give me a better deal, none of them had a good command of the English language. Told them the deal was done with Telus and kindly leave me alone. Then the call cente,r started, 2 or 4 calls a day for weeks from Rogers. I hate my country. I hate dealing with these monoply companies. There is not 1 thing that is good about Canada today.
