  @Reil76 @Bell I've had a Rogers plan for 5 years, the speed is 2 gigabytes, and I haven't had any problems. I pay $65 a month and the speed is stable, even though I live in an old building.

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

  @Bell_Support Tried activating the $15 BYOD Smartwatch Standalone plan as a new customer. Website says it’s allowed, but phone support & stores keep passing me back & forth because your system forces a smartphone IMEI. Left on hold for over an hour. Please DM to fix this.

  @Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.
