Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British ColumbiaExtremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan
-
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.
-
Brent Smithurst (@brentsmi) reported from Colwood, British ColumbiaAll I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!
-
Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.
-
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.
-
Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British ColumbiaHi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed
-
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British ColumbiaImagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.
-
jim saul 🇨🇦🌽🐓 (@SflJim) reported@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.
-
Bruno Corrêa (@bcorrea10) reported@Bell Just astoundingly horrible service.
-
EyeNeedDoze (@son_dean) reported@bell That was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I can’t shop with you any more.
-
Denise Gomes (@sweety82) reported@Bell_Support why does it take over 20 mins for someone to answer tech support?!? So frustrating
-
RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported@Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
-
Paul (@Paulondrumz) reported@Bell FIX YOUR DAMN APP
-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reportedNo internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
-
Jimmy-Pye-Guy (@pye_jimmy) reported@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support The second I can I will be going back to Rogers and never looking back.
-
Adam Pfeffer (@AdamJPfeffer) reported@Bell_Support @vandewallefarm Your rural service is absolutely garbage across Canada. I’ve been to just about every province and they’re all the same poor service
