Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.

Bell mobility never got to unionize it made an attempt in 2010 & it didn't go well for employees as they were intimidated by management it was public record but disappeared few yrs ago so cant share link unfortunately. I spent 7 hours yesterday on @Bell_Support's live chat. The first 3 was with a rep who was so slow that I had to beg him to hurry up. About an hour to find someone willing to help me call the prevention number.
