Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

Josh H. (@TheManilaIce) reported@jodyvance @Bell_Support As a former employee of Bell it’s not easy from the customer service side to assist with this type of issue. We can trace what acct the charge was applied to but can’t do much due to privacy concerns on that acct. We just advice the caller….

Instead pay $75 cos you’ve been a customer for over 40 years!! There is no loyalty to your long time customers. When I said I was going to cancel, it was thanks, see ya.

It’s much faster then Phone support in most situations. The other big scam that is worse is scammers that Port your cell number away.
