Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. Claims he needs to access the neighbors yard and says the gate is locked but it isn't. Wasted my time, I guess I'll send the equipment back. #failure
