Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!
