@RuckingHook_2 @Bell I was at telus for 20, since they were clearnet but then shit went downhill. Virgin is technically bell & had the best plan for me but holy shit, I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever.

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

Roxy (@roxyhofer) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Dixy79 @Bell_Support I’m in Edmonton and it’s been half an hour with no service.

trevor boller (@TrevorBoller) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldn’t get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait

𝓇𝒶𝓂 ᴬᴰᴺ🇵🇭🇨🇦 (@iamRam2333) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
I just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤

Carlin Brady (@irobox_Cap) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Bell_Support Bell media owns the channel and the programming sucks just repeating the same shows all the time, every day the same shows. Reruns are good but no multiple of the same show back to back there’s tones of great things to air cause you’ve done it in the pass

Rika Pika (@RikaPika12) reported from Devon, Alberta
@Bell_Support hello is there something wrong with bell? My household is having issues with connecting
-
Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Bell_Support @Bell my credit score is not an issue, according to Equifax it is 'excellent'. Bell could not get out of their own way to keep their word and I gave them three chances to make good on it. 2/2

Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Bell EXCUSE ME. Respond to my DMs and settle my grievance regarding my horrendous experience with all levels of your customer service platform yesterday.
-
MattButDigital (@MattButDigital) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@bell although im already a customer so you have literally all my info I find it extremely odd that my phone number, full name, and address was needed for me to buy a $20 Iphone dongle....
-
Lorraine Alcantara (@lorrainejaira) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.

-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.

Update on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.
-

I've been dealing with @Bell for 19 years. I continue to wonder why I deal with you guys. Continue to have the worst customer experience. Hey @TELUS @Rogers what are willing to do for me with regards to these cell phone plans.
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
If traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3

Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
Please do not use @Bell @Bell_Support for your telcom. needs. I was offered a contract, directed to a store where I was told my order was not processable. Then I was told I owed $450 upfront for the $0 marketed phone. I've never received such inept service in all of my life. 1/2

Anthony Falom (@TehFalom) reported
can definitely say I’ll be switching away from @Bell when my contract expires. The audacity of the #BellLetsTalk campaign in line with the decisions today to cancel radio shows after receiving $122m of government funding to not lay off people is criminal. #bell #TSN1040
-
Brynn Harris-Hamm (@Brynn_H) reported
We have 5 TSN channels and they’ve blocked out the Oilers game. Hubby is livid. Hoping he’ll agree to finally cancel our cable. Such bullloney. You’re awful @bell..from your programming, to the way you treat employees and customers. Just bad all around. #bell #tsn @TSN_Sports
-
Craig Allan (@CraigAllanWrite) reported
Wanna know why we can't #DefundtheCBC @erinotoole? Look at what @Bell has done in the past week. Same thing they've done to Much Music, Discovery Channel, Comedy Network, and every other entertainment platform they own. Canada cannot rely on the private sector to tell our stories
-
Cody Sullivan (@crsullivan13) reported
F*** @bell, thats how you treat your employees!? ill be leaving asap, dont want to give you scumbags another dime @TSN1040
-
Just One Jay (@ifiwerejay) reported
@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Starlink will bring the big providers crashing down to reality soon enough. Tests show they can do 210Mbps, more than enough for average families.
-
Nikki (@Rad_Nikkiyvr) reported
@KrainTrain @malcolmert @Bell It's not his fault Benning is an idiot. I'd take that money if it was offered to me.
-
Aviv Shalit (@AvivShalit) reported
@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell has the most expensive services in Canada. No one should use them for residential or mobile phone service. 20% higher prices than most other Canadian carriers. Unchanging price structures for twenty years Bell: Garbage 🦕 company for clients.
-
Tom (@Tomodig1) reported
@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell When can you resell broadband? Is that issue still on the table? Hah funny didn’t minister bains step down? Not over that tho
-
Danielle 🇨🇦 (@nonutsforyou) reported
@Bell_Support nothing makes more sense than working with a tech online regarding issues with the internet and the agent shuts down the internet entirely. 🙄 #frustrated
-
Pheenoid (@pheenopolis) reported
I switched from @Bell to Telus for my mobile service a year ago but if I hadn't I'd be doing so now. Service is better and got a good deal. You can too.
