@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Never in my worst imagined hellscape could I have conjured up the banality and societal devolution of a @bell and @TikTokCanada backed return of @Much. May Lemmy have mercy on all of us.

  • IrishmanShaner Shane Kennedy 🇨🇦 👨🏼‍🍳 🧑🏻‍💻 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • ve3jqr Jeffrey Richards (@ve3jqr) reported from Haldimand County, Ontario

@Bell Move Valet???? lmao... my move was the worst experience I have had. @Bell_Support did not assist and I had to do my own install.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.

  • GalahadHoad Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦

  • asek47 Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • missussmyff Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

New order. Really????? 3 phones with you since 2009 and this is how you treat a customer koodo? Time to check with @Bell @Rogers

  • MackHenderson_7 Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

  • LadyPolkaroo Lady Polk (@LadyPolkaroo) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • melissm07 melissm07 (@melissm07) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Thank god I am a child of the early 90s internet era. When your @Bell_Support internet sucks so badly, you tap into that early, dial-up connection patience 😤😑⏳ #millenial #beepboop #tincanphoneinternet

  • GalahadHoad Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell Bell Canada sucks ass. They are completely unresponsive to customers needs and if you can find an alternative do it. 🇨🇦

  • Roberts_Law Catherine Roberts (@Roberts_Law) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have been on the phone, bouncing between agents and mostly on hold, for TWO HOURS now. Trying to get resolution of issues around my business internet service. Totally unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail

  • Khan__1987 Muhammad J Khan (@Khan__1987) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

I use to spend so much money @Rogers @RogersHelps and they never listened to my complaint about them breaching my privacy but then @Bell @Bell_Support I was taken care of with respect.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

@ProjectDroc @NotURSycophant @Bell I never expected to be here 12 yrs later relearning life skills. • BrentColman Brent Colman (@BrentColman) reported

@Bell_Support hey Bell, for a week I've been trying to get my office upgraded. Between online, corporate customer service, and five separate stores I've received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. 1/2

  • CardBurglar Vintage REB (@CardBurglar) reported

The fact that @TELUS and @bell continued to buy $700 million worth of compromised 5G network hardware from Chinese military company Huawei should tell you how little they care about your security, or good business practice. Pay for your own mistakes! #Bell #Telus #Huawei

My @Rogers internet bill just went up $35... that's no way to keep a customer returning. Maybe I should check out @Bell and see if they know how to treat loyal customers

  • TheKenKurz Ken Kurz (@TheKenKurz) reported

@Bell_Support Once again - momentary power outage and Bell WiFi pods are 'optimizing' which translates to poor coverage for the next 24+ hours. Why can't they just remember and return to the last know optimal configuration? seems logical to me

  • raptorsin2019 Someone You Shouldn’t Care About (@raptorsin2019) reported

@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell Go to your settings. Scroll down to “phone”. Select “silence unknown callers”. Goes straight to the machine without a ring.
