@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@sashillington @Bell There is a website on the bottom of the front cover. You have to fill in personal info to opt out. Not cool @Bell To avoid a wasteful delivery I never asked for I have to give you my name address and phone number. Not cool.

Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(
