    Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

    Amazing how fast you can get in contact with someone @Bell if you want to add services - but if you want to cancel they can't hear you and there are suddenly no live chat agents available... #CustomerExperience

    @Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

    @sashillington @Bell There is a website on the bottom of the front cover. You have to fill in personal info to opt out. Not cool @Bell To avoid a wasteful delivery I never asked for I have to give you my name address and phone number. Not cool.

    @brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

    @Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

    I have been with @Bell forever, only because the other company is worst. Right now Bell is annoying me. Imagine I have to say 'yes it exists so do your job' or call another agent to get what I want. Please please please train your staff better. This is time consuming!

    So it's the end of an era. After 20+ years with @Bell as my cell provider it is time to move on. @Bell_Support failed to match their own offer to me and so I am off to other pastures. Seems customer loyalty means nothing these days.

    you may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.
