Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

@DavidMcImpact @MLS @impactmontreal @TVASports @Bell @DAZN_CA They are on @DAZN_CA because they are on a "national" network. Like when TFC or Whitecaps are on TSN. 48 hours delay. Available for 3 days afterwards.

@perreaux @marylamey @lesleychestrman @Bell true but I'd rather support 3rd party considering they are much much cheaper

@Bell_Support P/2 Bell sends a modem and tells me to do it myself. Only the don’t include the right wires. I tried to install it and everything breaks down. Now I don’t have any internet, phone or tv service and I have to work tonight. All you had to do is send a technician in the first place

  • tayhaysil
    Silvana Marroncelli (@tayhaysil) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell My Rogers as well will be expiring at the end of the month. Not looking forward to haggling with the Rogers personnel. I find it stressful. Why not raise the cost of my service to the cost of living every year rather than go through this rigmarole every freaking year!

  • Cat_M_Kennedy
    Catherina Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@Cat_M_Kennedy) reported

Oh dear @Bell_Aliant @Bell as comms company, u don't communicate well. Customer returns modem in person. Bell neglects to tell customer to call to close acct. Customer has exorbitant outstanding fees (owed nothing at close of acct). Grievance form promised 5 wks ago. Not received

@Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?

  • ryan_weal
    ryan_weal (@ryan_weal) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.

  • Delwood74
    morleyman (@Delwood74) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Everybody: "Just tell Rogers you're cancelling and they'll offer you a much cheaper package" Me: "I'd like to cancel my service" Rogers: "Sorry to see you go"
