@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

@Bell , Getting contact details through MyBell app is painful. It goes to chat live option. It does not help much. Then try to get call in number for tech support. But, button to choose the tech support is not working. So not able to connect to the technical support line.

.@Bell_Support is reporting that the majority of services issues have been restored. Some areas may still be impacted due to flooding, but Bell is continuing to focus on a full restoration. If you need to call 9-1-1, pls confirm your location in case the line disconnects. #911BC

@Bell should try reverse engineering their customer process map. Start by calling your own call centre and see how easy it isn’t to make the smallest changes to your account. Business processes should be designed with the customer in mind, not the platforms you use to manage them
