@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

@Bell_Support We had a slight power outage our TV receiver takes a **** (the 3rd time since july) chat with your service they get it working AND then tells us to reset it again which takes us back to square one forcing us to take to service on the phone!

@Bell your tv app won’t cast to the television, an error comes up every time. Tested on two tvs and ever other app casts fine. You have an issue with your app. Anyone else having this issue? Can’t really use Alt TV properly without being able to cast. @Bell_Support
