@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support Our service is fine, just wanted to warn you there's an illegal construction site doing work and actually hitting your infrastructure and @citymississauga isn't doing anything about it. So if something does happen,. you'll know who to blame.
Had the worst Experience with a @Bell_Support Bell Mobility operator, who basically told me to shut up, and let her talk... I have been a customer since 2002, I think I need to change providers.
A little advice to @Bell when trying to upgrade a customer to new phones. Don't let your sales rep use the phrase ... "the only catch is" ... I guess you get marks for being honest
@Bell_Support I'm so very upset right now. I've had gigabit service for at least 6 years; I called October to get my bill adjusted as promo ran out. Just got my bill and I'm now paying 23 dollars more and its Fibe 500 instead of gigabit. Not what I was told at all. #nothappy

@forsyth_barb @Bell Ah OK. What is bothering me about Shaw right now is that there is no clarity about what channels I have, versus not have. The organization is terrible. There are no apps for Netflix, Crave, etc. It's just... a mess. I don't like it.

@RealMattHopkins @Bell I found MAXTv recorded TV more user friendly than Shaw for recording and playing the programs. And we were only given 1 pvr no option of having more than. We have 2 tvs but only one can record. This might just be satellite issue.
Besides @Bell I think @Spotify has the WORST customer service.
