How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

I'm in a 5G area getting 80kbps speeds nowhere near my data limit and my bills every other month keep increasing for bogus charges. Every month I'm on the phone with them trying to fix it and getting nowhere with them!

Rob Lenihan (@ForMy3Kids) reported@Bell_Support Hi! Can you have Expressvu without a PVR? I believe FIBE needs it, but my Parents have Expressvu, and have been having problems with constant recording by accident, preventing them from being able to watch. Can they call and have the PVRs removed?
