@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Fun story courtesy of the scammers at @bell_support. Didn’t show up for installation after we moved only to call and find out they don’t have service fast enough here to run our network. Despite it being THEIR ISSUE, I still get to pay a cancellation fee? Scam scam scam.

Wow @Bell your service could not be worse! 3.5 hours on the phone- mostly on hold. My internet is stil not working 6.5 hours later. You're supposed to be a communication company!!!

@Bell_Support @Bell And (while I'm on it) most of the in-store clients with problems were older folks. Imagine spending this glorious day inside a @Bell store, because their contact center reps will tell you anything they have to in order to end the call. You are a horrible company to deal with.

@Bell_Support we have had no service for 2 days in Oshawa in the Park Road and Adelaide area. What is the problem. My 90 year old mother had had no phone service. She can't call out or receive calls.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
