    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    I have never been so pissed off, I have wasted so much time just trying to get my wifi because technicians on the phone are giving me conflicting information and in-person technicians pushing what they want to do. Like come on bro the modem is resetting by itself replace it @Bell

    @Bell_Support My 90 yr old mother hsas had no telephone service for 2 days because of this Fibe internet service has been down. No signal. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO GO EVEN A FEW HOURS WITHOUT A PHONE. SHE CANT CALL OUT/RECEIVE CALLS. WHAT IS BELL DOING ABOUT IT. The area is Adelaide & Park Rd Oshawa

    Wow @Bell your service could not be worse! 3.5 hours on the phone- mostly on hold. My internet is stil not working 6.5 hours later. You're supposed to be a communication company!!!
