@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support Just FYI: Fibe appears to be down in the East End of Kingston (Hwy 15/Grenadier Dr area) because of a traffic accident. My parents do not have phone/TV/internet (phone being most important).

  • LoveyyGG F/A Lovey (@LoveyyGG) reported

@Bell y’all make **** so damn complicated with all ur damn departments making people explain their problem 100x to 100 different people just for the call to drop😤😤

  • Tekfile TekFile (@Tekfile) reported

@bell @Bell_Support I’m so glad I’ve switched my ISP to a much better company. Even cancelling a service with you folks is a nightmare. Back and forth transferring between departments only for the call to be disconnected “mysteriously” 2 minutes before 6pm (aka closing time). 🤔

  • jacbeale JAC. (@jacbeale) reported

@Bell_Support Is a three-day outage normal for Bell? I can tell you that it was not for Rogers

  • GarryMarr Garry Marr (@GarryMarr) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Still no service after 24 hours from @Bell_Support. They say wait another 48 hours. In TWO DECADES, @RogersHelps was NEVER this bad. No resolution. No support. No alternative solutions.
