    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    Here's my experience with @Bell home alarms: 1. If there is an alarm at your house, they won't show up. 2. If you open a 'trouble ticket' with @Bell home alarm tech support, they will not contact you. Before @Bell bought Alarm Force, it was different. Time to change?

    @DPocroianu @BellMobility @Bell 3/4 I would be quiet and be a “good girl.” I left the kitchen, went down to the change room and began to change. He then followed me while I was **********. I picked up a mop pail and threw at it him. Finished getting changed and tossed my uniform in his face.

    @Bell You really need to step up your customer service game for the COVID era, Bell. These are very unique circumstances, and you can't be relying on policies like "we don't send customers summaries of technical issues with their internet that prevented them from working".

    @Bell_Support you guys ported my number from Rogers today. Problem is you never sent me a phone. Now I have no phone service and I have 4 calls tomorrow morning. Anyone who can help?

    @Bell Not sure if you care (the conduct of your customer service staff & supervisors indicates that you don't really care), but you are about to lose all of my business because of your inability to ensure proper service for ppl working from home during COVID.

    @Bell_Support I dealt with this today myself. Spent 15 minutes waiting for an associate. Then another 30 minutes talking to 2 different people. Hopefully my problem is solved. I'm not Impressed with bell canada service.

    Worst customer service @Bell 2 months since outside line was put up wrong and still waiting ! 2 tickets closed but nothing resolved and multiple hours on hold ! Time to look elsewhere
