@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell_Support Streaming anything on the TSN app on Apple TV is giving me terrible quality. I have a gigabit fibre connection and every other streaming service operates without any issue. I’ve reinstalled the app and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Please help.

It only took @Bell_Support Escalations about 5 min to fix my account. Kudos to the support rep who graciously listened to me rant about how much I despise Bell, while making it clear that it was not directed at him. I thanked him for helping me. Let's see what happens next.

@CP24 Internet too. We pay a lot for less and less for @Bell and @Rogers. They should offer a lot more for a lot less money. Look at other G7 countries. Canada is the worst

@Bell_Support There is no eta? This isn't an issue with my devices or modem. It states bell error 2000 which means outage. Outage report websites show people reporting outage for wifi. I really don't want to call on Christmas. Just would like an ETA.

. @Bell_Support If you have a Modem from 2016 (Sagemcom Fast 5566) is it possible to get a upgrade? the WiFi is really weak, even tried switching channels, with no help, and even standing next to the Router, both issues on Android and Apple
