    @LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

    On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

    @Bell when is Cell service going to return to the Eastern Shore in Nova Scotia? There is a tower right behind my house in Beech Hill and I have 0 connection. There is power but no service. Also the satellite internet is down!

    @Bell Yet my mom was charged for using 48 additional minutes on a plan that should have given her 100 minutes and not the 10 @Bell left her with after increasing the price…while her @Bell landline was down.

    @Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

    On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support

    Never thought that @Bell @Bell_Aliant fibre downtime would now control our workdays = paydays. Can we get an ETA on our services, so we know when we can start work?
