On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

@Bell your customer service is horrendous. I had to speak to 10 different agents before I finally got working internet, not to mention some of them straight-up lied to me. It was also a real pleasure to be hung up on. Hire people who actually give a ****/can do the job.

@Bell fastest network yet your 3g doesnt even come here and give me offers about plans lmao, im next to the main highway too and im paying 125$ a month for 7mbps download and 0.1 upload of there internet, crtc rule is 50mbps, cant wait till crtc forces you guys!

Can you help @Bell_support ? I'm worried her fall alert call system won't even work with the line quality have at the moment. Apparently it was escalated to management on 24 Aug & and we've had no info since tho we've called regularly.

@Bell had sub-contractors do work on my street today. They cut service to many on our street by mistake and it’s going to be 36 hours to fix it! Hard to work remotely without any Internet service.

@Bell_Support Hi! My internet has been cutting out completely today. This is the third time and it takes a while to fully start. The phone line is thankfully working. There has been any weather issues today, so I don't understand. It has been fine. Do you think it's the router?
