On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.

@nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
