@March4Wildlife @Bell @Bell_Support The thing is...they should have an INTERNAL mechanism for when people get stuck between silos or the customer issue is unresolved. Their front line just passes me to different units like a hot potato. No continuity of record b/w silos. Everyone says no mgr. Till today but waiting

@Bell_Support And loyal rep, confirm that it won’t change the offer, doesn’t matter who to talk. Only $5 credit. Sweet to a new customer but worst offer to current one.

@literateowl @Bell Well, as it turns out, I should have thrown a fit on social media weeks ago. It is what finally got me some help escalated and I might actually have this resolved by tomorrow or Monday. I hope.

@Bell #letstalk about how the hoops you make customers jump through to cancel part of their service gets them shopping for replacements to the rest of your services, shall we?

@Bell_Support I spoke and spent hours to get at least same or similar price that I paid till most recent bill but your loyal customer rep said there’s no offer. Not even try to match but $60/mo more. Nobody would stay with bell. If only $5-15/mo more, I’d understand. Bell is asking me to leave

Still waiting weeks to get help with phone lines, so I just sent a LinkedIn DM to Director, Strategic Programs & Transformation at Bell Canada. Hope she can help @Bell transform a broken and siloed customer support system. @Bell_Support

@Bell I am being mistreated by bell agents and manager. They provided me wrong information multiple of times and they were rude and hateful towards me. Because of their mistake, I lost my paycheque and spend more money on cellphone and couldn’t take care my family at hospital.

@Bell_Support Why do I DM you after your loyal customer rep confirmed the offer won’t change? Do you have more power than them? No right? What do I hope for from you by sending you my info? Pls tell me if there’s hope. But otherwise, best offer goes to a new customer. Current don’t get much.

@Bell_Support Can you provide an option that allows customers to just cancel a service without being given a sales pitch? It’s not fair to your CS reps or customers.
