@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell_Support Seems to be a large scale outage impacting multiple Bell Services in Vancouver. Is there a public statement? Cell phone service is showing registered but no internet. Business phones lines have no dial in or dial out.

@Neilmak68 @Bell @Bell_Support Not sure. I'm East. There were a couple of issues but nothing in my area. What did the trick is to factory reset the hub. If you do that with an agent, they can do that for you without having to reconfigure your Hub in bridge mode. If regular setup, hold reset for 10sec
