I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
