New year, new beginnings! Planning to get rid of @Bell with their extremely expensive service and lack of care about their loyal customers. Wish me luck fellas 😁

  • WillWilbrink
Will Wilbrink (@WillWilbrink) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

  • Wajeeha_H
Wajeeha Hussain (@Wajeeha_H) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

One of the reasons I won’t change my service provider is because of this initiative towards #MentalHealthAwareness . Thanks @Bell for doing this every year #BellLetsTaIk #Mississauga #PeelFam

Dear @CTV and @Bell. Did you know your CTV app on platforms like apple TV and firestick is the absolute worst? Well, it's the absolute worst. Has anyone there ever used it, ever? Please do some QA and implement advertising in a way that works and respects a paying subscriber. Smh

@WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Exactly. Or the... it’s a 3 month free trial but YOU have to call and cancel before the end of the 3 month time frame. No one remembers. So I say. Ok I’ll take the 3 months and give you permission to cancel at the end of 3 month.. OH SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CANCEL

  • iamfahimmd

Why does @Bell customer service number keeps hanging up ??????

  • Troyunderhill
Troy (@Troyunderhill) reported from Milton, Ontario

@Bell_Support as a subscriber to Bell Centre Ice - how is it that I can’t watch Carolina and Nashville tonight? This is why I bought the service - and it was expensive. No reason for a blackout.

  • EngLifestyles
EngineeredLifestyles (@EngLifestyles) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@Bell_Support change your profile, you’re not here to support. If your were you wouldn’t have shut down your phone lines. #belloutage, #cancelservices

  • hqaddomi
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

I woke up this morning to find that my #Bell internet is down! After many trials I called @Bell_Support to find out that my area has an outage. No email, no text message and they told me that they posted it on the website but I couldn't find it anywhere! Really?

  • spikestabber
bren bear 🐻🇨🇦 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario

@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

  • TheDiggyShow
Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support I called already this morning. I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. They said they would fix it but it still hasn't been fixed.

  • MarcoJBraam
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, Ontario

3rd @Bell_Support tech in 2 weeks unable to fix our patchy service. Says Bell is limping our neighborhood along until Fiber comes. Well what about current services!

  • mgamble
Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • lieu_days
Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

  • Gary_DB
Gary DB (@Gary_DB) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@scotcho_62 @Bell It's never been great. It seems worse lately.

Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL

  • howardruns
    Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported

@Bell_Support, still trying to resolve @Bell #Internet compensation issue ONE YEAR, SEVEN MONTHS LATER! Mom paid for 1.5 Gb download speed for about TWO YEARS, while receiving under 500 Gb download speeds, using Home Hub 3000 #Modem I spent OVER FOUR HOURS on phone with agents

  • carlast_sensfan
    Carla_SensFan92 (@carlast_sensfan) reported

@Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

  • shavezsurve23
    Guddu Bhaiyya (@shavezsurve23) reported

@Bell not just that I'll switch all my services from bell, but I'll make sure I refer this customer service incident to all my friends and family to make sure they switch too.

  • gotnewf2291
    Christopher Butt (@gotnewf2291) reported

Thank you @Bell for rescheduling my morning appointment to this afternoon without notifying me. Is only the tech that came sunday did his job I wouldn't have had to waste my day today waiting. FYI: this is garbage service and when a customer asks a question, you should answer it

  • JamesRRubec
    James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported

I woke up at 6 a.m. after a family roadtrip to try to resolve this with your 6 a.m. call line. Your chat support is even worse. @Bell_Support When we really need you you throw bots at us.

  • janarama39
    Janet Jesty-Murphy (@janarama39) reported

@Bell Upon further review, because this repair involves a buried service wire, it must be completed by a specialized technician I'm unable to reschedule it sooner than the currently scheduled appointment on August 11. This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??

  • CatharineYogi
    Catharine (@CatharineYogi) reported

@tegan4618 @status_is_down No dial tone , three hours with Bell trying to get service. Other ppl in area without a dial tone , they say it’s inside the house , never their equipment 🙄 @Bell

  • brianpjtobin
    Brian Tobin (@brianpjtobin) reported

So apparently these are @Bell lines … hopefully they will attend to this safety issue before someone gets hurt unnecessarily … these lines are hanging from the pole way too close to the ground.

  • LoveMy7Wood
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
