Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Was offered 50 credit against upfront cost of cell phone. As a new customer I can walk off the st and get the IPHONE 11
