I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

Weโre getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6โ x 6โ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids.
