    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    @bell @Bell_Support @CP24 Called bell fraud department for wrong entry in my financial reports and as per them they didn’t put any info on my account so either Equifax is wrong or the bell. Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

    @BenKlass @fordnation heard this story before: give hundreds of millions to ISPs (aka bell and rogers) to expand rural service, the money disappears and rural communities remain underserviced. that being said, there are parts of downtown hamilton which as equally poorly serviced by @Bell
