The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesn’t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
