Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
