Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates
-
Jordan (@JordanR199966) reported from Mississauga, OntarioSad when you have to leave a company that you have been with for 20+ years @Bell @Bell_Support and switch service providers all to save money during these difficult times. Real shame @Bell should be better than this... @Ooma for the win! @CRTCeng
-
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, OntarioAnother "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability
-

Chuck (@ChuckFarmer) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support we just upgraded to Fibe today and now we are down. No TV or internet for a fam of 7 until tomorrow? And I work from home. Not good postinstall support. What do I tell coworkers when they ask about Fibe?
-
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, OntarioA sales rep from @Bell called today offering me services I told them many times I don't need. When I told him I'm cancelling soon to go with another provider he transfered me to a higher level person and guess what: I got a message that the number is not in service! How stupid!!!
-
bren bear 🐻🇨🇦 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada
-
James Heffron (@jamesheffron) reported from Milton, Ontario@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?
-

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

-
Mags (@Mags00021130) reported@Bell customer service sucks. Their customer service on the phone dont even keep track of service requests. Like how is it?
-
The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
-
Orsys (@OrsysRules) reported@Skip70969016 @Reil76 @Bell Rogers is the worst. I just quit them. Trying Beanfield now.
-
420420 (@four421twenty) reported@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
-
Terry (@TerryVoice22) reported@Bell_Support A technician came and solved the problem. Your overseas tech departments are useless! Bring these jobs back to Canada !
-
I AM SPARTACUS (@Kevin_D_Lyons) reported@Reil76 @Bell I left Bell more than 20 years ago for Eastlink. Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.
