    @Bell_Support Not necessary. I told the telemarking company several times to leave me alone and if I get one more call from them I will be escalating this issue in every way possible. Picking up the phone and saying hello repeatedly, and not hearing anybody on the other end, is #creepy

    @Bell_Support No, thanks. I don’t have hours in my day to sit on hold, to then be juggled between multiple transfers and minimally trained reps, only to give up in frustration with my issue unresolved. Fix your services; you’ll get fewer calls. I’d rather cancel and get my content elsewhere.

    @Bell you need to tell customers that when they upgrade from copper to fiber that the Customer will be/might be down until new equip is connected. Have spent the whole weekend trying to resolve this w 5 diff answers from cust support.

    For them to then tell me at 8:45pm (mind you, my installation was booked for 8am-12pm) that the building doesn’t have the cable lines and that I won’t have any services for about a week .. OH and this is @Bell business, for small biz .. with no biz because there’s no service!

Terrible design approved without proper consideration for longevity and paid for only to be replaced by other waste bins in certain areas with no *****. MAKES NO SENSE.     @Bell_Support I need to know who I can talk to about my Bell bill. I was charged more than $300 in overuse during a week when we lost Internet due to the power outage in mid August. After about five calls, someone in Montreal sent tech support to install a new modum... 1/2

    @sleither @alangdon17 @Eastlink @Bell I just switched to Netfox from Eastlink. They're just an Eastlink reseller but what was costing me $95 for HSI100 is now costing me $50. Didn't need an installer and I'm seeing the exact same up and down speeds as I was with EL. ( I promise I have no affiliation with either)
