@Bell_Support hi why is the wifi not working? I’m in southern Ontario . Is there a connection issue?

  • Wajeeha_H
Wajeeha Hussain (@Wajeeha_H) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

One of the reasons I won’t change my service provider is this initiative. Thanks @Bell for doing this every year for #MentalHealthAwareness #EndTheStigma #BellLetsTalk #PeelFam

  • danlanaddy
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support To be sent out to maintain it. The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.

  • greenfreeman12
Freeman Marsh (He/Him) (@greenfreeman12) reported from Milton, Ontario

@Bell failed hard today! Can you give me the Address to send back my equipment in Ontario. Canceled and never going back! So much for loyalty yrs of payments and nothing but failure on your part.

  • hqaddomi
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support I'm switching to another provider by January. Your service is so expensive, you don't care about your loyal customers and your sales reps are always trying to get people buy services they said time and time again they DON'T need. I don't know if you can help with any of that!

Dear @CTV and @Bell. Did you know your CTV app on platforms like apple TV and firestick is the absolute worst? Well, it's the absolute worst. Has anyone there ever used it, ever? Please do some QA and implement advertising in a way that works and respects a paying subscriber. Smh

Hi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

  • Murray_7298
MilkyPotatoes (@Murray_7298) reported from Milton, Ontario

@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

  • jwbtweets
Johnny B (@jwbtweets) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Bell just had a very frustrating experience with your Philippines based call centre. Shame on you, I pay an exorbitant amount for services and you don't even hire Canadians to provide customer service/support. #corporateaccountability #corporategreed

  • MarcoJBraam
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, Ontario

Why would a @Bell_Support tech show up at our house and tell us our internet is having a problem when it wasn't, then they leave and we have had nothing BUT problems for over a week!

@Bell Unfortunately that wasn’t helpful I need the complaint to reach the home network. They’re spamming the same trashy episodes. We need Canadian shows not American. Maybe people don’t care about the show. It’s nothing but repeats

  • to_aleura

    @Bell Canadas largest 5G network my ***.

  • OnAShipOfFools
    DonDraper (@OnAShipOfFools) reported

@Bell Why would you address this faster after I post on social media vs me (now) spending hours on the phone talking to your tech support. I know exactly what my bundle costs me and I’m actively looking to cancel all services.

  • K38Tweets
    🍁 K3nata8 🇨🇦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇫🇷 🍁™ (@K38Tweets) reported

@Reil76 @infamousadam13 @Bell This was back when I worked for a few banks, I was still early in my career and I wasn't breaking into the industry yet so I was doing random jobs learning how each company ran their internal systems and memory mapped all that ****

  • shortstuffpb
    Krista Jensen 🇨🇦 (@shortstuffpb) reported

@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

  • RobertW96576248
    Robert Watson (@RobertW96576248) reported

@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.

  • mrajeshdav
    Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported

@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

@Bell @telus @Rogers please explain why you scam Canadians while we get the same service or better in the UK for cheap?

  • CuberPowel
    Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported

@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
