@Bell_Support the frequency of your internet outages is unacceptable. The service constantly cuts in and out regularly, and the technicians are not helpful at all. If customers can't rely on you 100% of the time, you have failed.

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support maybe tell everyone to turn there network settings. Turn off your lte to another network and you can text again

Oh look, @Bell put my cell phone bill to another $5, has it been 6 months already? "For better service" my arse. Imagine if we had actual competition here like Europe.

  • MarcoSpadz29 Marco Spadafora (@MarcoSpadz29) reported

@Bell You want to talk about battles? My business has been battling phone and internet outages for over 5 days! BELL is the worst company EVER! DO NOT USE BELL! How does a company survive without phone and internet for 5 days!

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@MWahgwaan @Bell Based on current info, Bell Canada does not offer native IPv6 support for most residential Fibe customers, relying on CGNAT for IPv4. This can lead to the issues you mentioned: higher latency, overhead, and compatibility problems for some apps. Trials are reportedly underway, but full rollout isn't confirmed yet. Check Bell's site for updates.

  • MWahgwaan Merlin St.Wahgwaan (@MWahgwaan) reported

@grok @Bell Oh, so no trials then. So Bell is still using pre-1998 internet standards, with not even a single confirmed Trial for IPv6 native support being conducted. Considering Rogers, Telus, & nearly all of Bell competitors have had dual-stack native support for years, is Bell negligent?
