    @Bell_Support @Nick_181 Still nothing official from Bell. DMing a Twitter account can’t be the only way to get information. This silence from Bell about the progress (or any information) re the East York outage is staggering. I would NEVER leave my customers hanging like this.

    @Bell added a $10 TV service charge to my internet bill i was explicitly told would be removed when purchased the internet. The receipt I have does not include the TV and they just added it without consent.

    @CBCAlerts @bell Canada has added services to my account I never asked for with a charge. I have original order receipt without the extra services. Please let the people know about these scammers

    @Bell_Support please provide an update for internet outage in east York at M4C portal code. Internet has been out since Tuesday at 1:45pm. I work remotely have used all my data already. Please DM me to provide a connection option or compensation for my data overages

    fun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
