@Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

Every time the wind blows my @Rogers goes down. And @Bell isn’t any help by offering 50mps internet for $100/month in 2022. I live in the largest metro area in the country, not the middle of nowhere.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support are we experiencing outage right now? Unable to call some Quebec and Manitoba lines from my cell. Tried from Shaw Mobile and they went through fine?

@Bell my mom is alone in a blizzard WITH NO CELL SERVICE and you got rid of landlines. Which worked just about all the time. You replaced quality with CRAP and made us dependent on it.

  • marklau99 Mark Lau (@marklau99) reported

@CryptoInThe6ix @Bell_Support Bell booked a technician visit for me as well. However after more fidgeting with the modem, it then asked me to activate my internet service, which I have been using for years. I called Bell once again and tech support person resolved the problem. Tech visit cancelled.

  • CryptoInThe6ix CryptoInThe6ix (@CryptoInThe6ix) reported

@marklau99 @Bell_Support Same issue bell told me I need a technician and a new modem but seems like an outage lol

  • JoefaBilly Billy joefa (@JoefaBilly) reported

@Bell_Support bell website indicates no service outage when I type my address. This is obviously incorrect as I have not had internet for hours now. What’s going on?
