@Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

@BellAliant @Bell the new fibeop boxes are not good. Buggy, slow and a downgrade from the last product. Also the fact that you want to charge people $50 to set up the new product themselves is outrageous. Couldn’t even comp our second box rental or a wifi pod. So much for loyalty

@Oldtimers365 Are you talking about @Bell ? Had service from them for years and they raised my bill all sneaky like by $20/month for a few months until I noticed and threatened to leave. Then all of a sudden they can give me better prices. Whack.

@toddamus @Bell When you have an oligopoly, it becomes a slow race to the bottom. Canada pays the most on planet earth for cell phone coverage. Canadians are true losers for putting up with it.

@SLT229 @Bell So many businesses build very complex systems with very little thought to resolving issues. They put all kinds of controls in place but don’t seem to recognize that sometimes there will be anomalies that need to be resolved promptly and efficiently.

@Oldtimers365 Very real ... Experienced it first hand. Happened to be in the driveway when @Bell was neighborhood door knocking & almost went right by me until I asked him .... what's the deal ... told me the deal and said could not offer it to you because already a Bell customer!

@jpappone @Bell Yup...spent 45 or 50 min on phone with Bell the other day... and then they have the gall to both call and email "satisfaction surveys " after. And no; "service like sitting In vinegar with hemorrhoids " wasn't on pick list,u fortunately

It has been since Friday afternoon that my #Symatico has not been working. @Bell_Support keeps extending the outage fix time by 24 hours at a stretch. This is a service level failure by any measure. @Bell, I trust our bills will be credited for the downtime?
