    So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    @Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

    Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

    I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with @Bell , spoke to 6 different people in 4 different product departments, and got nowhere. Not a single solution to a problem which only they can fix. As a subscriber for >25 years, I expect more.

    @Bell_Support it’s been 2 weeks since I complained that a Bell line was attached to my house without my authorization when I’m not even a Bell customer. Still waiting to hear back.

    @Bell_Support Well, it took 2.5 hours and five techs for someone to ask me to press the large button on my black box for seven seconds. Why did it take so long to come up with such a simple fix? #terribleBELLexperience #notrocketscience

    @Bell what a scam this company runs. Cancelled services couple months ago and still try and send me bills. What a piece of **** company. Something needs to be done about this problem l, how can they get away with this.

    Just got new @Bell Fibe TV in my house. Only thing that really sucks about it is that it doesn't have a font setting. My boomer grandparents can't read the guides that well so I'm going to have to try to figure that out for them. How do you not have font options?

    @Bell_Support They showed up only to tell us our lines were defective and we need repairs. No one can provide timeline. Then on 08/10 we called to ask for a temporary outage device. Transferred from Sales to Loyalty to IT who wanted us to go back to Sales.
