-
Dave Campbell (@silverfox2587) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.
-
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

alyce dark woods (@adunnewold) reported@Bell cannot manage to fix a home phone line problem that has been going on for over a month. Today, it was to have been fixed for good. Yeah, hard no on that as now phone line doesn’t work at all. @Bell actually made it worse. Infuriating.

Olivier de Sousa 🇨🇦🇫🇷🇵🇹🇪🇺🌎 (@ideeahs) reported@Bell must think Canadian consumers are pushovers and ignorant. Just today I read another article which states we have among the highest rates in the world. The fact that customers must call in to ask for lower available prices (if available) is piss poor customer service. 2/..
-
Bandit_Heeler (@BanditHeeler10) reported@viraniarif @CRTCeng I pay @Bell over $2k per year for TV and Internet. I should be free to choose if I want to watch a US broadcast of a US show/event instead of having to be bombarded with online betting and Bell commercials. Stop signal switching and let Canadians choose!
-
DreLynn Thompson (@Dre_Lynn) reported@Bell_Support I have been trying to get a hold of bell for the past 5 hours and the phone keeps getting transferred to total credit recovery… all I want is technical support
-
Mike ‘Did I Tweet That?’ R!ce #KnowBetterDoBetter (@mrice117) reported@Bell_Support Im at a loss to understand how a communications company that boasts about its speed feels it’s appropriate to penalize customers with further delays and insinuations that a customer is somehow to blame for internal communication & warehouse restocking issues….
-
my religion is kindness (@heryckqa) reported@Bell_Support Is there an Internet outage in Montreal downtown? When it will be solved?

-
Olivier de Sousa 🇨🇦🇫🇷🇵🇹🇪🇺🌎 (@ideeahs) reportedTime for @Bell to actually care about customers, loyalty and service. Increasing prices by 17% while not giving customers any new services or improvements is robbery. 3/3
