  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

  • Kevtheplumber11 Kevin cunning (@Kevtheplumber11) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@Bell_Support wow internet down again halton hills. Everytime we get rain it's out. What garbage.

  • silverfox2587 Dave Campbell (@silverfox2587) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

  • gakrao AK (@gakrao) reported

@Bell I wanted to migrate over to your network back in September but due to non delivery of sim card from your end I put in a request to cancel the port request which never happened. @FreedomMobile says that they can still see a port request active from your end. 1/2

  • DavidParRadio David (@DavidParRadio) reported

Moved on from @Bell mobility today...horrible customer service...they don't value customers lol

  • ProgressiveYow YOW Progressive (@ProgressiveYow) reported

Had a @Bell rep ring my doorbell today to try to sell internet access to my medically compromised parents. How horribly irresponsible of them to go door to door during a pandemic. Horrible they would put profits before the health and well-being of Canadians. Disgusting.

@Bell Why are your service prices for internet competing with the likes of @elonmusk service (which is available everywhere). The way you raise prices it will be 200/month for internet by next year.

  • damnfoodcourt Huggsy Bogues (@damnfoodcourt) reported

Once a month a spend almost an entire work day on the phone with @Bell_Support to try and solve the same problem that I've never been able to solve. It gives me so much anxiety that I almost cry and quit my job. I can't explain just how ****** this is.

  • realSamMcPhail Samuel McPhail (@realSamMcPhail) reported
