A service of which I should have been told about in July when I asked about my best travel options. Will spend the rest of my day researching which phone company to switch to.

However, I then used the virtual app and it says there is a service outage. A bit confusing. I tried unplugging and rebooting the modem and a ‘low fibre signal’ message pops up. Please help!
