Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Innisfil Heights and nearby locations:

  • WineTrent Wine Journeys (@WineTrent) reported from Barrie, Ontario

3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

  • Peter_Lomascolo Peter Lo Mascolo (@Peter_Lomascolo) reported from Barrie, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hi thanks for the response. I have wifi and TV now but I have those wifi repeater pods and they are flashing and not getting any signal. I'll try to reboot the modem.

  • spmorrison Shawn Morrison (@spmorrison) reported from Barrie, Ontario

Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

  • TheToddMurray ᴛᴏᴅᴅ ᴍᴜʀʀᴀʏ (@TheToddMurray) reported from Essa, Ontario

What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

  • bee902 bailey (@bee902) reported

@Bell_Support @bell your contact number for Atlantic Canadians appears to be down… just a busy signal when I call, and your colleagues in Ontario also couldn’t “transfer” my call over

  • TORHABSFAN TORHABSFAN (@TORHABSFAN) reported

@ItalianHabsMike @antonio_bmtl @Bell_Support So I pay $250 for the NFL & NHL Centre Ice is another $200. So I opt for the cheaper French version that only shows Habs and Sens games for $60. But every year early in the year this happens. It's like they don't give a **** about the French customers (or in my case cheap Anglo)

  • TessaMcInnis Tessa McInnis (@TessaMcInnis) reported

@Bell my grandmother will be 80 in November. She is only one of many with no landline on the eastern shore (NS). Others don’t have cellphones so no way to call in event of emergency. For a company who was supposed to bring better internet by 2022.

  • visualbinam Hadi Asgari (@visualbinam) reported

@Bell @Bell @Bell_Support we called Bell customer service a few times today and each time we were told they had activated international calling to Iran for us but it's still not working. I would appreciate any support regarding this, thanks.

  • PhillyJits Phil J (@PhillyJits) reported

@Bell_Support hi, I have no cell service and your chat lines aren’t working. My phone just says SOS…

  • TheKMacKenzie1 Kristen MacKenzie (@TheKMacKenzie1) reported

Thank you @Bell technicians for solving the technical issue with the phone lines. Glad to have everything back up & running. Unfortunately the @Bell_Support agent I spoke with via cellphone was zero help!

  • CndnSilentBob Canadian Silent Bob - SoT Twitch Pirate (@CndnSilentBob) reported

@Bell Problem is I looked into it while the modem might be wifi 6 if that is what you have the pods are not. So anyone with wifi 6 modems this is not technically an up to date pod for that type of internet you are getting

  • iJonniM Jonni Martinez  (@iJonniM) reported

@emma4trustee @Bell I got $800 for my 13 pro max and sadly the value goes down each month

  • TessaMcInnis Tessa McInnis (@TessaMcInnis) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant Ok so the ball is in @Bell_Aliant ‘s court to do better. Because she can’t even contact to see an estimated restoration. Because of no cell service.

  • EdgeOfDeCliff2 Alt-Human (@EdgeOfDeCliff2) reported

@Bell Thanks for your support, I tried calling a landline directly with country code+ area code+number, however it didn't connect instead played a recording that overseas calling is available on request, please call 611 to add. Could you please advise?
