@DianeB31 @Bell @TIFF_NET I love Canada, it just sucks sometimes living soooo close to the border and having so much stuff only available to US residents 😆

@Zepperdude @Bell_Support @nataliehunter Yep, chat not working and tried calling. They couldn’t accept my call at this time. Something serious must have happened.

@Bell_Support Hi bell! Your loyalty phone customer service was absolutely rude and dishonest to my mom! I think “Ashley” needs a class on customer service!!

  • Douges60

@Bell_Support @bell just like you guys to get back to me and make like it never happened. Of course you can give me the original offer after I complain. I’ll never take your offer now. Can hardly wait to be rid of you guys. I’ll take @rogers even with service disruptions. #Rogers contact me

  • shawns57garage
Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

  • BCullimore
Benji (@BCullimore) reported from Westdale, Ontario

@Bell can rot in hell. The worst company, and largest corporate scam in the entire country.

  • shawns57garage
Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

So @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

  • theplanetd
Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, Ontario

I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

@Bell what kind of a joke service is your technical support, 6 months with a temporary wire hanging in front of our house with new wire waiting to get installed!!!!! Can’t call anyone because just keep getting passed on to another “operator “

  • Tokyo_Drift19

@Bell_Support for $80, your cell service is absolutely atrocious. I can’t even maintain a stable data connection on my GO train ride home.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell which did you switch to? help a brother..

  • sobola_jats
    Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

  • PretendEditor

@MartyMakFly @Bell_Support Well, I would never give them that, because they already know that if they are for real.

  • _noon278
    Noon (@_noon278) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Watch out for the monthly offers in your mail box in a neat white envelope. I’ve never seen a company so relentless after they’ve lost all their goodwill.

  • Itzpelumi
    Iampelumi 🇨🇦 (@Itzpelumi) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Just say you want to cancel your plan that is too high. They will offer a better deal. Every telecommunication have the retention tactics

  • brianpjtobin

So apparently these are @Bell lines … hopefully they will attend to this safety issue before someone gets hurt unnecessarily … these lines are hanging from the pole way too close to the ground.

  • lemon_meringues
    Radha ☮️ (@lemon_meringues) reported

@Carol_Foote @Rogers @Bell I left too. Terrible service. I had everything with them, including cell phone. Then there was no service for over a day (repairs). Was in a panic because everything was down. Couldn’t get in touch with my daughter in the US.

  • LoveMy7Wood
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
