@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

@Bell_Support @Bell This is why I switched from Rogers?? And why does your tech support line close at 8pm? People don’t have tech issues after that? App is slow as molasses. How can a company this big be so inept? Unbelievable.

@Bell_Support will be seeking a credit for this inconvenience. Poor support with no live chat after an hour wait and website keeps freezing when trouble shooting. Internet works fine. Wtf. Can't seem to pair app with TV either.

On a night when I'm trying to watch both the #BlueJay game and #TheResident season finale, I'm not impressed that my #FibeTV has been down for over an hour. Thank goodness for the Fibe app at least... But still @Bell_Support - doesn't make me the happiest.
