@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

@Bell your customer service is terrible. ive spent 3 days, ~5 hours talking to 10 agents. worst of all? still no answer. i have to reshare my order # and problem to each person. its like hot potato. i just want my new internet to work pls it cant be this hard

@Bell I am a loyal customer of several years and currently having the worst experience playing phone tag with several agents that are not communicating with one another causing me to over explain. What’s the point of customer service if your just passing a line like a potato

I’ve had @Bell for about 2.5 years. Been paying out the *** ($150) every month because I finance my phone. Once that was paid I was at $100/month. I switch to telus and bell calls right away and offers $30/month plan. Why ******** are they allowed to price gouge like this ??

@Bell are we going to have service back (internet & tv) around area Don Mills Rd and Gateway Blvd? The service went down since midnight. I get an email saying that someone is working on that.
