@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

So @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

@moneyyb05 @Bell_Support My mom said she called this morn and no one answered at all she was just sent in a loop "it will be back at 7:33" and its pretty much that now, its not back. Yes only 2 min after but should never have gone down in the first place. And bell wont even post updates. Ridiculous.

Hey everybody, rather than publicly acknowledge downtime and give an ETA for service uptime, you EACH have to DM us your account info privately so we can "look in to it" ... Rogers?
