@Bell_Support @bell just like you guys to get back to me and make like it never happened. Of course you can give me the original offer after I complain. I’ll never take your offer now. Can hardly wait to be rid of you guys. I’ll take @rogers even with service disruptions. #Rogers contact me

@Zepperdude @Bell_Support @nataliehunter Yep, chat not working and tried calling. They couldn’t accept my call at this time. Something serious must have happened.

I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

PVR/TV goes out last night. 50 minutes with @Bell do nothing to fix it. They’re sending a new modem: $200. Absolutely not, I say. Guy says he’ll call me at 1:00 today. No call. Bell you suck. Thanks for robbing me of valuable time fixing your bullsh*t. I should invoice you.

@ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.

Matt Borutski (@cptugger) reported
@Bell At our home, .5 km from the hub, Bell wouldn't replace the rotten copper lines so we could get decent coverage. Our service dropped up to 36 times a day. With no plan to replace the lines, while still we opted for Starlink instead. 17 devices running, no lag. #dobetterBell

@Bell Your customer service sucks Why does it so complicated to cancel your crap service?

Fred Howard (@FredHow02132661) reported
@walkerpj1 @Swiftie01 @Bell I respectfully disagree. One transaction had fees of $700.00. Just for them to earn points. To recover that one transaction I would need to charge every customer another $2.00. Hardly fair since that was a company and my other customers consist of fixed income, and seniors.
-
K. Tagseth 🇨🇦 (@ktagseth) reported
@walkerpj1 @Swiftie01 @Bell Rogers is the same. The bribe is $10/reduction for agreeing to their automatic withdrawals. With recent hardware updates, they said an updated credit check is also needed. After 25+ yrs as a customer, my credit history speaks for itself. This is over reach. And likely illegal.
