I am not happy. Calgary at @NHLJets is blacked out in Ottawa I subscribed to the @Bell Fibe TV sports package just so I can watch games that we cannot see live Not happy at all Why is Ottawa in the Winnipeg blackout area?

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

You know what I miss? UK phone plans. Cheap and reliable. Trying to set one up with @Bell_Support is actually laughable. The way they treat their “preferred customers” is appalling.

@kevinodotnet @Bell The capitalization might be in CSS...to show like that they must have double escaped it. Probably both are errors in rendering rather than in the db. It’s a matter of testing and caring.

@hockeyparent201 @Bell Before we cancelled our bill was $220 a month, WITH the promotion price. Eastlink now is $129.95 guaranteed for 2 years. It ends this November so I’m sure I can sweet talk them into keeping me as a customer lol!

@Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support

The problem is that corps are motivated by maximizing the bottom line, whereas govt's SHOULD maximize our wellbeing.

One and only reason I left! TV is better than Eastlink’s but as far as customer service, well, there is none!😒
