    Prior to the @Bell_Support appt. I had to do a COVID survey over the phone, and agree to wear a mask (which I really appreciated) on the "off chance" the tech had to come into the house. No problem! Safety first! 17b/

    Update: The lovely tech arrived at 8:15am. It was a BIG problem at the neighbourhood @Bell box, outside of the house - which we knew. But, he ended up having to come in and out of the house a lot, testing the modem, after cabling at the box. 17a/

    Long story short, I've now got an FTTH line installed in my wall and no intention of using it unless Bell opens their network. And don't be fooled - @Bell will still profit from selling wholesale bandwidth to 3rd parties.

    Big tip for anyone with @Rogers who wants better internet and service... Switch to @Bell, Or a potato would even be more beneficial.

    @Bell generates over 20 billion dollars of revenue a year in Canada. After operating expenses, they have about 10 billion in profit, which they cut down via additional costs, depreciation, taxes, etc. End of the day, balance sheet is net positive at about 3.5 billion $/year.

    @Bell_Business @Bell_Support I don't understand why it has taken over a month for me to add another line to our BTC. VP Leonne Bien-Aime hasn't gotten back to me about our account issues and it's been over a month well. I can't believe this is how Bell treats Small businesses.
