@nicklmg @Bell_Support the part that kills me is that I try so hard to lead them down the right path each time. 8-5 block. I call at 12. Assured they’ll be there later. 3pm, getting nervous, call again. No, really they’re coming. 5pm, call AGAIN -they were there at 10, sir. No. No they were not. 🙃

@Bell_Support Fibe TV app has several channels with sound cutting out every five seconds. Deleted and reinstalled app but still an issue. Thoughts? Some channels affected are CP24, CNN, TSN

@Bell Extremely disappointed with installation service. Aunt in LTC in Chatham has been without phone for almost 2 weeks. It is her lifeline to family! Tech very rudely refused rapid test rqd to entire when he was sent to install service Thursday. How did someone not know?
