Feels like I broke up with a gf of 20 yrs. @Rogers I called this aft saying I’m considering another.. response was placating. Called @Bell and moving over next week. $365 best offer down to $280 for new gf lol approx. For all services. Props to @Rogers for their RF remotes.

@Bell_Support The problem appears to have been resolved. Forgive the frustration but when I follow the explicit (!) instructions in the e-mail and reply with comments, only to be told that the reply address itself is not valid... Please have better QA on these mailings and the Business Portal.

@Bell_Support Yes, everything is down (phone, internet, TV). All my neighbours have service. This is torture without TB or internet, I'm having withdrawls.
