@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support what your head office number? Your agents can’t seem to fix my issue for months

  • hariprasadhnair Hari (@hariprasadhnair) reported

@Bell Pathetic customer experience getting on to your fibe internet connection. I've been taking follow ups over follow ups and still there is no result. After repeated follow ups I get a tech visit for today and that too gets cancelled. Another "whoops we are sorry".

  • masterpip16 capalot (@masterpip16) reported

@Skelyue @Bell @TorontoDefiant Maybe it’s just you but I had to switch cause they was giving me problems

  • uhXena 𝚇𝚎𝚗𝚊🖤 (@uhXena) reported

@Bell They don't concern you, every time I've had an issue and called I always say services are too expensive, & im probably not the only one, they never change lmao

  • DruficeWOAT Drufice the WOAT (@DruficeWOAT) reported

@uhXena @Bell Can confirm, the service is decent, but I used to get cable AND internet for less than I pay now for just internet, at Rogers... Figure that one out. Might switch back.

  • theplanetd Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported

You really make it difficult to cancel @Bell This is the reason we left. Every step has always been a hassle. Seriously terrible customer service.

  • DanaKay666 Dana (@DanaKay666) reported

@Bell_Support If MTS prepaid is shutting down on October 1st, why is everything disabled now? There are text messages I can't access because I have no data in my account and your "customer service" people can't do anything and can't even answer questions about it properly.

  • barcode_ow Ally (@barcode_ow) reported

@AskFareeha @Bell GOTTA GO FAST holy **** can i have just a crumb of that
