@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support You use your platform to support mental illness when you guys are also causing it by increasing your bills, cutting services when knowing everyone is working from home, stressing people out is a reason for mental illness and you are the biggest contributors to it. #mentalhealth

@Bell_Support is there an internet outage in Scarborough?

  • dave_ings Dave Ings (@dave_ings) reported

@Bell_Support I phoned 611 to report a longstanding cellular dead zone at Glenarm Rd & Kirkfield Rd, south of Kirkfield ON. Two different reps did not know what a dead zone was, nor how to report this to your mobile network team. I was trying to help you - better training needed!

  • SamiKazi4 samikazi_7 (@SamiKazi4) reported

@Bell_Support Hello I recently called the Bell Support line and was told that I would need to pay 100 dollars for Bell to come and fix a mistake of theirs. 4 Years ago when setting up our internet they never setup the ethernet to the ethernet ports in our house. Is this true?

  • tchwfrzr Trevor Chow-Fraser (@tchwfrzr) reported

"Hey Bell, someone stole my id and opened a phone line." @Bell: "Ok, here's a $600 fee to close the account. We'll mail it to the fake address we have on file, you'll never get it, and then we'll ruin your credit. Thanks for doing business!"

  • AudreySaysFash AudreySaysFashion (@AudreySaysFash) reported

@minus316 @McLeanCindy @Bell_Support Agreed, ran by clowns! Employees training is crap and supervisors have no power! Their billing services doesn’t make sense they charge people random amounts without notifying them. Worst customer service ever!

  • KendieProf ProfKendie (@KendieProf) reported

@Bellaliant @Bell Would have been nice to know my bundle was randomly going up by 10$ a month. Given the shoddy service I’ve had and numerous calls to support I’m not sure how this is justified. I sure haven’t gotten any additional “perks” or improved service.

  • frenchpunjabi Surinder Sharma (@frenchpunjabi) reported

@Bell is your mobile phone service down in Kemptville?

  • DJToronto_ David J (@DJToronto_) reported

What started a simple inquiry is rapidly progressing to me cancelling all my @Bell_Support services. I’ll pay more for better service.

  • _Corey85 Leafer_Reefer (@_Corey85) reported

@Bell_Support You take thousands of dollars from me per year but cannot ensure proper service. I think it may be time we cut ties with Bell. This is ridiculous. Over 24 hours no TV, unsecure internet connection while working from home, and no update as to when to expect a fix!
