@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Yup, exact same for me. Was with Rogers for years up there and never had a problem. Switched to Bell a year ago and I get no signal up there. Tried to watch the Canada soccer game a few weeks ago and just got the spinning wheel the entire game. Can't wait until my 2 years is up.

Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?

@Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.

@VirginPlus @Bell 5: even after tree trimming done , still no survey , no follow up , no call. And after having to call again . Guess what? They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started

@RogersHelps so now when I click to cancel my services all of a sudden I'm put on hold. I might have to cancel my services cause @Bell would never do this.

@GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

@Bell Bell canada has the worst customer service. They just called me to put me on hold. Actively looking for a different provider. Just terrible service and product!
