How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!

We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement.
