@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell You owe Canadians refunds on your terrible service that keeps going down. I don't believe for a second a billion dollar company cannot stop theft from occuring at its relay stations. CANADIANS DESERVE BETTER!!!

@Bell_Support I don’t have account num. technician came to my house. I didn’t like his service because non of my devices worked beside my cell phone. . I called The office to cancel the same day. They sent me a return label 333832606540 purolator tracking num, 284389893 bill num

  • JassiV07 Jashkirat.V (@JassiV07) reported

@Rogers Seriously I need to wait 2 hours to talk to a representative. I am 100% moving my customer service to @Bell. This is horrible tbh.

  • UnhingedMarket1 Unhinged Bird (@UnhingedMarket1) reported

Everytime I have to speak to one of the tyrants of Canada, @TELUS @Bell or @rogers I remember what happens under monopolies, horrible customer service, horrible prices and just a general rage in the public for being trapped

  • DanMalleck Dan Malleck (@DanMalleck) reported

New profit opportunity for @Bell: Customers have been calling in after mysterious spikes in their data use so @Bell offers more expensive higher data packages even if data use is uncharacteristic of customer’s normal behaviour. How can I jump that gravy train?

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

Plus @BestBuy gave me $250 in gift cards ($50 per device) for making the transfer. Thank you, Brad. Thank you @rogers. And @Bell_Support, you just lost a longtime loyal customer due to your business decisions and uninformed staff.

  • anujoshirealty Anu Joshi | Anuvision Group (@anujoshirealty) reported

@Bell_Support On the phone with @Bell for the 7th time since Jan 2023, on our 2nd WiFi modem, and 4th TV receiver. Tech issues that no one can resolve, no TV/Internet for hours at a stretch, billing us for equipment we've returned, no resolution... this is unacceptable.

  • Ricard0Rodrig0 Ricardo Rodrigo (@Ricard0Rodrig0) reported

I don’t understand why old customers are of less value for @Bell than new customers. I have been with #Bell for 25 years plus and they cannot give me a similar rate to the one given to new customers. This will force me to cancel and go to Rogers.#badpolicy

  • CdnImperfection JoJo ♥ (@CdnImperfection) reported

Of course my @Bell_Support internet/wifi is down again.. wonder where they stole the copper wires this time!

  • mitalpatel9012 Haha (@mitalpatel9012) reported
