    I signed up for @Bell mobility but cancelled within the hour after experiencing buyer’s remorse. The phone I purchased was returned, but Bell never made the update. Three months later, my credit is hit and Bell won’t accept accountability

    @Bell_Support 905 466 7523 is the number, I filed a complaint about surprise costs and should have received a call from a rep by now. What's going on? Is that matter considered resolved? Not that it really matters now, you blew it. Kind of pathetic nobody called. So what's the status of that?
