@Bell have upgrade 2 phones, paid taxes and fees, called customer service 10+ #lostcount ,requested a manager call back 3 times and nothing! Bill is still saying outstanding even though bell customer service keeps telling me they made a mistake. #nothappy #longtimecustomer

They even had a collections company call me at work to collect. I kept all records reported it to them and they finally took care of the oversight. Awful!!! Never BELL!

@Bell @bell offered a "free tablet" for being a loyal customer with a free 2 gb data. Then when it arrived it came with charges for the tablet. So i called them and they backtracked saying they dont give free tablets. Even though i had the rep confirm 3 times it was free before.
