@Bell_Support Bell learned a lot from Rogers outage, obviously. Multi-billion dollar corporations should maybe be more capable. Last month they couldn’t figure out how to activate my phone, no my emails are bouncing.

Not sure who you are used to dealing with, but that has always been the case - at least that’s been my experience over the last few years.
