I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
