I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.
