Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
