  @joerosie1 @Bell I don’t think so. Different countries different SIM cards . Usually wi go can be found in restaurants or cruise terminals. Shop for Internet package onboard the ship according to your needs. Don’t USE Canadian card with cellular at sea. No data outside Canada unless emergency.

  @Bell @Bell_Support has worst business internet service never came across in my life. The technician who came to install internet + phone service at one of our business stores is dumb with zero knowledge, and started installation at 11:30AM and the work wasn't done till 7pm.

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

  @Bell_Support, My internet has been out since Friday 3 p.m. Called Tech Support several times. Exchanged modem, and tech repair appointment set up on Friday afternoon. Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.

  Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?
