Wine Journeys (@WineTrent) reported from Barrie, Ontario3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

I was told by two of your #Bell agents that I could get a phone for $14.99 at a store and when I went it was $75+!
