Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

The whole experience left a very bad taste. Now, no matter how good they become, I will never go back to @Bell.

The will NOT return your lawn to its previous state, they will NOT respond to your tickets, they will create service appointments that they will NOT show up for.
