Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

We were 1st told it would fixed at 10:30 am A very nice tech just said 5pm Sunday? Bell is using fancy language to not say what the problem is and is not sending text alerts?

H-A-C-K, but like Rogers, Bell will probably cook up some excuse. This is the problem with an always-online world, the world is always online trying to steal your data & money.
