Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

@Bell absolutely the worst service. Cuts off games I’m buying. Shuts its self off after every 1-2 hours. Losing my channels. Putting me on a landline : customer service saying it’s cheaper if I have a landline” that I never use- refund the whole contract you cows.

Bell mobility never got to unionize it made an attempt in 2010 & it didn't go well for employees as they were intimidated by management it was public record but disappeared few yrs ago so cant share link unfortunately. After a full service from a @bell tech our internet has dropped. Again. Called @bell and after 45min on hold was disconnected. Our internet went down again.... have replaced wires and equipment and it just keeps going down. What’s the definition of insanity?
