    @Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!

Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah

    @forwest3 The cell networks in Newfoundland are wonderful, at least on @Bell. The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. Youโ€™ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. Itโ€™s incredible that is still an issue

    @oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and โ€œ5Gโ€. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTEโ€ฆ thought my phone was on the blink.

    @RobertChaulk @Bell Been with Koodo for roughly 10 years. Paying $110/month for 2 phones. No issues with service at all. But took a bath on roaming charges during our recent Florida trip.

    @Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

    @bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

    Here we go YET AGAIN Hey @Bell_Support You guys have the WRONG CNBC channel on your network CNBC has two channels: the usual national CNBC channel and CNBC World Tell your control centre to change it back to the national CNBC channel which is on Bell 24/7 Why does this happen every six months with you guys?

    @Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how youโ€™re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.
