This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

Spoke to three different reps to dot my i's and cross my t's, all three told me that the final cost to close would be $390 - the remaining cost of the phone. Today, got a bill of $800 and berated by a rep saying I was clearly wrong. Yikes.
