The scary thing is that we were having bandwidth issues out of nowhere last night. @Bell

@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

  • jenmagician
JenW'Irvin (@jenmagician) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

@8tephanie @Bell Starlink - 100% worth it! Will be getting rid of my Fibe - too much money for bad internet.

  • InstaTrent
Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

@mistaketheory @Bell @Google Yeah, I pay $102/month for shitty internet because Canadian telecoms like Bell collude on prices. It’s awful.

  • tannercheeseman
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

  • Pascal1Rodier
Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick

@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support Baffled at how hard it was. Horrific service saved by one lady who finally saw the issue. Still looking elsewhere for services.

@RimmerDax @Bell @Rogers Wow. Thats crazy. These companies know that we have very little chance of going anywhere else so they treat us like crap.

  • Lobbies_x
    kyle (@Lobbies_x) reported

@MetamateDaz @Bell does this when applying for a retail position, it's beyond stupid.

  • ryan_weal
    ryan_weal (@ryan_weal) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.

  • HRHDeets
    Carter Ferda (@HRHDeets) reported

@bell When will you stop your impersonators from calling me 10 times a week to update my modem when I'm not a Bell internet customer? I ran out of block numbers on landline. #belltakeaction

  • dajavudave
    dajavudave (@dajavudave) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell …Take them up on a new offer and it’s $5 more than you were paying for no real increase of any service…

  • darkstarrrrr11
    darkstarr05 (@darkstarrrrr11) reported

@Rogers @FreedomMobile @Bell your service really suck! Nothing works inside the houses. Are we supposed to just rely on wifi in house? Your services just work outside with best speed. Look into this matter

  • buckburgess
    buck burgess (@buckburgess) reported

@Bell_Support 6 hours on hold for a minor problem. Your customer service is horrendous.

  • ElliottArcand64
    Elliott Arcand (@ElliottArcand64) reported

    Cmon @Bell fix your ****!

  • Man_InThe_Tweet
    KYD🇨🇦 (@Man_InThe_Tweet) reported

Good luck convincing @Bell with that. Greedy ****’s will never let that happen.

  • Cin98609046
    Cin-abun (@Cin98609046) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell They often don’t notify you of increases either. Ours increased a lot and we had no warning. No one could tell us why until we escalated it to management. We cancelled our services and got a better deal and better service elsewhere.
