@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@kmichl2 @teririch I remember being a @Bell customer, bought a cell phone, had hundreds and hundreds of dollars in roaming fees, Calgary and Banff area. I argued with Bell for a few years, went to collections, paid everything myself... Government came out with new protective consumer legislation...

@Bell_Support Stop giving bs non-answers. We have the service already, it's the 1.5gbps fibe line. I do not have the equipment in possession yet but that's today. You have a model # for the modem/router? Is the line a dynamic IP, yes or no? Sales team doesn't have these answers, they sell.

@Bell This internet Keeps cutting out and slowing down to the point I'm just getting kbps. This hasn't been going on for a little bit it has been going on for more than a year and I called and stayed on the phonecalls for over 24h over that period can you just fix your internet
