@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

@Bell I have been a customer for the past 31 years. Currently have three phones in service, calls continually dropping. Called for lack of service and no offer of resolution in any way. This will be the last Bell contract we will be having. #Bellservice

@Bell Frustrated by lack of service. Landline not working and Bell won’t fix it unless I change to a fibre service. Bell will only tell you this if you report an issue with your landline or a certain point just discontinue service if you didn’t switch. No communication to customers.

Gotta love after 20 years as a customer with @bell I legit can't afford to upgrade my phone. They've made it impossible to stay under 100 a month. It's obscene. This on top of dbl charging us when we added my partner to my plan. Remember when customer loyalty meant something?

@Bell_Support You will just apologize for not being able to help me with a new cellphone, which will just further aggervate me more than anything! But maybe looking for another service provider with better loyalty programs is what I need cuz from 2005 till today is long !
