Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!
