@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

@mistaketheory @Bell @Google Yeah, I pay $102/month for shitty internet because Canadian telecoms like Bell collude on prices. It’s awful.

@Bell Escalated the issue to Case Management and got assurances that someone would come by this afternoon, but no one showed up or phoned, and Maureen in CM just went home without contacting me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. 2/2

@Bell_Support I have had terrible data/wifi connectivity for days and now because apparently I’ve gone over the 10GB of high speed data or whatever you’ve turned that off until the end of Dec? Now nothing on my phone works properly unless I’m on wifi which only connects sometimes

@Bell how can you leave an 87+ yr old couple without phone service until Tuesday. This has been an ongoing issue that they've reported several times. These wonderful people do not have cell phones, that is why they pay for home line service. @CBCNS @CBC
