@8tephanie @Bell Starlink - 100% worth it! Will be getting rid of my Fibe - too much money for bad internet.
-
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet Maybe they don’t want me providing them with better service and having companies like @Bell pay them the extra fees 💰 even though Bell would likely do that to Xplornet if Xplornet was willing to create better service because Bell has more power and owns a major tv 📺 station 🚉
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet @cbcmarketplace @CanadianPM @Bill_Morneau @JustinTrudeau @CCTS_CPRST @Canada @Bell Maybe the government of Canada 🇨🇦 wanted me to use Bell instead of Xplornet so I could get better Internet Service because they realize that I’m gonna he spending a lot more time on it compared to the majority of people in Canada 🇨🇦 who spend like only a few hours on it
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
My dad could file for fraud against @Bell but if my mother got it then that’s a very bad sign but if my dad gets it then it’s not really a matter of concern
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@thelastlazers @TripleKyun @SeleneSelkie @AtlasVPN @Bell People think mom had to pay 💰 for my phone 📱 bill 💰 and got mad because they thought I was more stupid than they were but then I proved them otherwise when I lost my data privileges and then started using a VPN Service
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@thelastlazers @TripleKyun @SeleneSelkie @AtlasVPN @Bell The VPN Service allows me to post on social media free of charge 💰 at no extra costs but I also have to have it set on wifi if I want to avoid anymore charges
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet @Bell @_iMessage I use @Twitter to criticize bell rather than complaining on the phone 📞 for my iPhone 📱 because I don’t wanna have to deal with all the drama just like @SucksXplornet but I still want to be able to criticize and curse at them in a non-offensive way like when I say **** etc.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet If I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the 5G Service then I’ll have to make a critical statement and make a phone 📱 call 📞 but if I don’t have anything critical or judgemental to say about @Bell then I’ll have to text them like @_iMessage and use the app or website
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet @AtlasVPN @Twitter @Canada @Bell Instead of asking mom 👩 if I can get new iPhone 📱 12 I’ll have to sent a text message or make a phone 📱 call with Bell and ask them if I can replace my iPhone XS after iPhone 12 gets released if I get no 5G Service either by 2021 in @canada or get no 5G Service before iOS15
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@SucksXplornet I’m now using @AtlasVPN so I don’t have to worry about paying all the extra data charges and so I can keep my Internet Service a little bit more private and hide it from my own provider and still use it publicly so I don’t get charged any extra money 💰 from @Bell
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
But the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
I try to keep my @Twitter annonynous at the workplace along with @Bell to avoid issues with the @saintjohnpolice and @RCMPNB and get fired from my job but also so I’d don’t have to worry about having my mother pay my phone bill every month which means I avoid conflicts altogether

Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support Baffled at how hard it was. Horrific service saved by one lady who finally saw the issue. Still looking elsewhere for services.
-
Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.
-
Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
@mistaketheory @Bell @Google Yeah, I pay $102/month for shitty internet because Canadian telecoms like Bell collude on prices. It’s awful.
-
Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick
The scary thing is that we were having bandwidth issues out of nowhere last night. @Bell

Disappointed to find out that On-demand programming is no longer available on our @Bell receiver. More disappointing to find out that our bill did not go down to reflect the cost of reduced services. #skrinkflation #Bell

Dante's Human (@DantesHuman) reported
@Bell, we’ve been without internet since Monday AM. In this day and age—where people work from home and rely on connectivity—how is it acceptable for this to go on for days with no resolution? We work from home, and my elderly parents are home all day. Please escalate.
-
Wagner G. (@DRWAGNERGARCIA) reported
@Bell Recently, I changed from Rogers to Bell. The worst thing I made in my life! I can't hold a phone conversation for more than 20 seconds without connection issues. Crazy! I'm talking about "signal covered" places and cities, not remote places. Now, I'm stuck for 2 years contract.
-
Wanda Tunski (@K9sB4HMNS) reported
Weeks of spotty Bell internet service, many calls to support, new antenna installed, a week later a new modem installed, still not fixed, work order “ticket” issued for a call back in 24 to 48 hrs no call - today started the whole cycle over @Bell @BellCanada30758 The worst!
-
empty minded (@WHYareU100king) reported
@Bell just an FYI, your customer service representatives love to hang up on people! YOU SURE LOVE TO ENCOURAGE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE HUH? Telling me to switch modems when I just switched one last week. ARE YOU SUGGESTING YOUR PRODUCTS DON'T WORK AFTER A WEEK?
-
empty minded (@WHYareU100king) reported
@Bell Here's an idea, don't hang up on your customers that have had an ongoing issue for a week and have not been provided a reliable solution. Your customer service representatives haven't provided a solution, service, or satisfaction.
-
bigaltoronto (@AllanBSportsFan) reported
@Bell_Support I can assure you, your billing department will be contacted and I want a reduction on my next monthly bill for every day I do not have t.v. service. All I need is a new "receiver", and @Bell cannot provide me a new one except to send it by courier/mail?
-
Danielle Corbett (@Corbs97) reported
@Bell @PrimusHelps your guys service and customer service needs a lot of work. Absolute garbage.
-
bigaltoronto (@AllanBSportsFan) reported
@Bell A power surge on July 1st caused my t.v. receiver to malfunction. I was told I cannot get a new one at a Bell store. A service technician in a Bell truck will not bring a new one to my home, and a home service call is $75.00. This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable.
-
JPM🫐🇨🇦 (@MeaneyJim) reported
@Bell I agree, but that is the responsibility of big communication companies. Maybe taxpayers can help but it's primarily your responsibility.
