Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

  • seanchicago Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

  • BrendaJeffs Brenda Jeffs (@BrendaJeffs) reported from Clarington, Ontario

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

  • seanchicago Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell I am having issues with throughput. is the home hub 3000 going to be replaced with the hh4000 anytime soon? Bell Canada is using them now but i would like to use something better as well. on the 1.5 gbps package and the 3k only has 1gbps ports. anyway i can get a swap for the 4k?

  • kamaratoffolo Kamara Toffolo (@kamaratoffolo) reported

@Bell_Support No thanks. I'll go direct to HQ. My experience via your Twitter DM support has been terrible. Just thought you might have some sort of general update on the status of the towers.

  • igorcorreia_com Igor Correia (@igorcorreia_com) reported

Is it just me or you can't cancel a @bell service online? 🙄

  • BbcanHav3not RealityTVJunkie🇨🇦 (@BbcanHav3not) reported

I can’t believe @Bell_Support has ZERO explanation for why my service was CUT. On top of that agent Mike was raising his voice at me demanding an account number when I don’t have wifi to get it for him. I asked to use my phone # & he said no he can’t do that?!? @Bell

  • GregoryVida Greg (@GregoryVida) reported

@Bell I’ve never been so frustrated. I’ve talked to 5 people about others being able to access my account. No one can figure it out. This is a major privacy issue and you can’t fix it? Have a manager call me or I’ll call the CRTC

  • cinibar_ cinibar (@cinibar_) reported

@daniel22pack @Bell_Support In all seriousness, this is laughably bad. I’ve been laughing since I saw it.

  • Meowleesi BS (@Meowleesi) reported

@Bell_Support why is my internet down?

  • jrwasserman Jeff Wasserman (@jrwasserman) reported

@Bell_Support My Bell Fibre was great until this last few weeks. Now very spotty! Not my wifi (direct to modem bad as well). Service up and down like a yoyo. Is this a Toronto Bell problem?

  • JerryDaponte Jerry Da Ponte (@JerryDaponte) reported

@Bell How about fix your home phone lines to give proper service to your customers

  • TheMassiveW Jack (@TheMassiveW) reported

@Bell_Support Talked to a manager and just banged my head against a wall. Now marketing is supposed to call me to keep me as a customer. You lost how the customer experience is supposed to work.
