Placing this firmly under 1st world problems but it still pisses me off: I spent most of today online with @Bell trying to get a cell phone activated. The final step, I am assured, is to travel 1060km round trip to a Bell store to prove to them that I really exist.

@JonesSebastian @Bell I was in Beaver Creek when my debit card stopped working because I apparently typed in my PIN incorrectly three times. The only solution was to reset it at a CIBC outlet. I was on my way to Anchorage.

@Bell has the worst customer service. The first time @Bell allowed this to happen i spoke with not less than 13 people @Bell each could answer one question but not the follow up.
