After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didnโt bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.
