My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

I have never been so pissed off, I have wasted so much time just trying to get my wifi because technicians on the phone are giving me conflicting information and in-person technicians pushing what they want to do. Like come on bro the modem is resetting by itself replace it @Bell

@Bell_Support how is it appropriate customer service to sell someone an item , give them a delivery date of 2-5 days. And then not ship and have no idea when item will arrive. But no ability to cancel the order. Scam? Rip off ? Either way unacceptable! No stock , don’t sell!

@Bell I called at 12:56 pm and time is right now 2:31 pm and still call is on because to book an order an cancel u take 1.5 years.. what a grt joke and worst service provider of whole world

Going over my father’s @Bell mobility bill… They’ve overcharged him $50 in bogus data charges (no data on the plan, and cellular data turned off on the phone). Getting ready to enter #BellHell customer disservice. $50… That’s, like, 1000 #BellLetsTalk tweets!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport as a loyal customer since 2006 your poor customer service agents are penalizing me to stay with your company. Oh well, it was fun but time to move our 3 cell phones over to @Bell. Is cheaper to keep an existing customer vs acquiring a new one.

@sahibjones @Bell_Support Was sent to the store to pick up a new modem because mine was "faulty" same thing. Called in, was being lined up for a service call and 45 minutes later was told of an outage. What a waste of my time. I was told it should be back up and running by 10:30 tonight.
