My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

I understand cutbacks, and I understand layoffs, having been through a couple myself. But the way @Bell has handled things over the last couple of weeks is garbage - made particularly evident by former talent that's spoken out.
