@ryanrross @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @redsandspei @WickedEH @IslandTel @Bell_Aliant asked @MECLPEI to place their new pokes on #BelmontRoad so they could run fiber lines on them. Then they changed their minds and decided that providing that service to our area wasn't economically viable.

Hey @Bell_Support! Just got an offer from @Eastlink to switch to their mobile service. Two lines with 10 gig data each and unlimited Canada wide calling and texting for $50 a line. What can you offer?

@davemccr @Bell @Bell_Support I understand but having had a system that doesn’t work before with Rogers, I am just hesitant to make any switch away from my set-up that finally works. Endorsement from a Shaw tech support person that Bell is the best (and parent to Telus I think?), I’m not budging

Don't watch cable often, so I have no idea how long this issue has been going on, but @Rogers better get this **** worked out fast or I'm switching to @Bell before football season.

@Bell worst service. Promotion ended so I reached customer dep. to hear new offer. The “best” offer they can do is ONLY $5 credit, asking me to pay $60/mo more than what I used to pay. leave from Bell. Bell is sweet at the beginning but worst after. $60/mo more, ridiculous

@Bell_Support I spoke and spent hours to get at least same or similar price that I paid till most recent bill but your loyal customer rep said there’s no offer. Not even try to match but $60/mo more. Nobody would stay with bell. If only $5-15/mo more, I’d understand. Bell is asking me to leave

@Bell_Support im about to chuck everything. I just was told you have a 90 day warranty on modems and I have to go chase down a 3rd party battery for it? Your tech was here last night to fix it and said nothing and your website says they don’t require a warranty!

@davemccr @Bell @Bell_Support Plus I had a Shaw technician to the house who said not to go with Shaw’s new mobility even tho free. He tried and not enough network. Said it will be strong in a few years but not yet. He switched to Bell & said strongest network out there. Reinforced my decision

@davemccr @Bell @Bell_Support Yeah, but I’ve been happy with the actual phone/network service & I wasn’t when UVic was on Rogers. I live by a hill that mucks up service on Rogers & there was always a blackout spot driving to campus on Rogers. A colleague wants to return to Bell ASAP. Not into gamble w/ TELUS

@Bell_Support Why do I DM you after your loyal customer rep confirmed the offer won’t change? Do you have more power than them? No right? What do I hope for from you by sending you my info? Pls tell me if there’s hope. But otherwise, best offer goes to a new customer. Current don’t get much.
