Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

I have missed work calls and now have a $35 invoice from my doctor for a missed tele-appointment. I go 3 blocks from my home and boom - 4 bars. What is going on?
