  @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month

  @Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!

  @Reil76 @Bell We're still waiting to hear from @Bell regarding our fibre internet installation. We only finally got a line strung parallel to our old one about a month ago, but no new modem and still running off the old DSL crap. Topnotch service. 👍

  @Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

  @Bell My bell account wont solve you fixing your towers in newfoundland ..... the 120odd people that was in area all never had cell service either and its only bell towers
