    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times โ€ฆ..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    The Bell phone corporation are quite the scammers. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.

    @Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now youโ€™re saying itโ€™s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there

    @Reil76 @Bell I left bell a long time ago for the same reasons. I switched over to Rogerโ€™s, even tho I hate them too, Iโ€™ve had zero issues for years now.

    @Bell_Support 6 months into my new cell phone service and I'm hit with a plan increase already. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service tells me my account is too new for a loyalty discount - not too new for a price hike eh? Unbelievable. @RogersHelps - you guys paying attention?

    @DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.

    Hey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support
