    Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

    @care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

    @Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

    @Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

    @Bell Bell is a joke, paid my bundled bill - today no warning cell service/internet was cut. Bell made me repay now two months of bills & reconnecting can take up to 24 hours!!! On-call for healthcare, thanks to Bell patients suffer. Warning consumers you deserve better, go elsewhere.

    @Bell please find a way to fix your customer service process!! I was sent the wrong phone and your customer service team says I have to cancel the service I spent 3 hours signing up for in order to be sent the correct phone - oh but they won’t give me the same pricing on it?
