Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

Numerous phone calls-at least 15-to Bell & resetting of modem 2 new modems 2 tech visits Tech told us he switched to Rogers even though he gets a discount as Bell uses old technology in many areas incl. ours
