Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
