@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

@Bell_Support @Bell Back in Dec I was offered an upgrade to 20 GB of shareable data between 2 phones. However I keep getting billed pay-per-use on one of the phones. I called last month & it was supposedly “resolved”. But it happened again today. I contacted support again today…

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @TELUS So after talking to tech support, they sent me to management escalation service. To find out I’m stuck on internet 25 (which I had over 8 years) but get this! One optic box and two cellphones won’t run on the network, it kicks off one of the three!

@Bell You guys are providing 20 GB in $80? Like seriously! I am with bell from more than 2 year and i need to pay that much for my internet! Will be shifting to another network for sure. Thank u for these pathetic offers👎🏻👎🏻
