After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!
