@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

@Bell_Support Everyone I work with that are with bell can not acces their voicemail and calls I am making out to people that have voicemail are dead air. So not just a me problem.

@Bell Is there an answer why ground techs leave a switch box wide open, and no service vehicle/person anywhere to be seen? Our telephone access is a backup system to fibre. Please make sure it's kept secure and tested often.

@Bell Recently, I changed from Rogers to Bell. The worst thing I made in my life! I can't hold a phone conversation for more than 20 seconds without connection issues. Crazy! I'm talking about "signal covered" places and cities, not remote places. Now, I'm stuck for 2 years contract.

@Bell A power surge on July 1st caused my t.v. receiver to malfunction. I was told I cannot get a new one at a Bell store. A service technician in a Bell truck will not bring a new one to my home, and a home service call is $75.00. This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable.

Is anybody else experiencing a @Bell internet outage? I’ve had none since yesterday at 6pm. 3 calls, 4 different “repair times” quoted and yet nothing. Ottawa area. So frustrating. I am missing work. 💻🛜❌🔥 @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support I can assure you, your billing department will be contacted and I want a reduction on my next monthly bill for every day I do not have t.v. service. All I need is a new "receiver", and @Bell cannot provide me a new one except to send it by courier/mail?

Weeks of spotty Bell internet service, many calls to support, new antenna installed, a week later a new modem installed, still not fixed, work order “ticket” issued for a call back in 24 to 48 hrs no call - today started the whole cycle over @Bell @BellCanada30758 The worst!

PVR/TV goes out last night. 50 minutes with @Bell do nothing to fix it. They’re sending a new modem: $200. Absolutely not, I say. Guy says he’ll call me at 1:00 today. No call. Bell you suck. Thanks for robbing me of valuable time fixing your bullsh*t. I should invoice you.
