Mel (@melscreeches) reported@Bell_Support 66 Peel Drive in Coboconk has no telephone service. I do not have account information because this is my elderly neighbour, who doesn't use Twitter. Calling his number gives a "1B1, the client you are trying to call is unavailable" error. He can't call out.
