I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, Iโm now being told itโs only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely donโt understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isnโt resolved. I've been told that a technician can't come to assess the issue. This level of service is extremely frustrating. Should I start looking for another provider? @Bell
