    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    @Bell_Support I called this number on Friday and spoke to Patrick in your loyalty department. He was very dismissive and basically told me there is nothing Bell can do about my concerns. As a customer with bell alarm, bell mobile, bell internet & bell tv I feel totally devalued.

They charged me $10 a month and then after 7 years of this safety net service they claimed I didn’t qualify for the service they were offering and I had paid near a grand for. Worst company in Canada. By far.
