Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

@Bell Bell, your techs haven't even come to fix our issues yet and you're already sending me a survey to ask if I'm satisfied with what they did....thats one screwed up company

Hi @bell. Is it enjoyable for you as a company to provide the worst Internet/T.V. coverage in the entire country? Your internet speed runs as if it is being powered by a hamster on a wheel. Your Fibe TV coverage is more blurry than a flip phone video.

@Bell In a suburb of 60,000 people in Canada's National Capital Region, it is unacceptable to have poor cell phone reception. If you can't put up enough towers, you're going to lose me as a client.

@Bell_Support My brand new internet service with Bell just went out in the middle of an important zoom work meeting.. I literally bought this service (and pay a lot for fiber) to AVOID exactly this from happening.. What is going on?!
